It was falsely promised to me that I would receive a voucher after paying my first instalment, which I have already done. Now, after following up on the matter, the student hall WhatsApp number is mysteriously unavailable. This seems like a deliberate attempt to avoid giving the voucher

Vinayak was very helpful and very quick to respond. He made the process very easy for me. I gave him a description of what I want And what my budget was. And within a few hours he came to be a good accommodation.
I managed to get an accommodation and complete my booking on the same day with his help. Great Service! Highly recommend!

A trustful and reactive service!
I was a bit scared of trusting an online service as I do not reside in the UK and before signing I had five people checking everything. But I'm happy I trusted Best Student Halls because I will start my exchange semester with a lighter mind.
I want to thank especially my agent, Vinayak who helped me through the whole process. They were super quick to answer and it was super easy for me! Would recommend 100%
