Not satisfied

Business Cards arrived & were not correct. Even though I had to approve the proof it wasn’t right. I also ordered them with amortization schedule on the back but the back was black. My badge looks cheap and has bubbles in the lacquer. I will never use this service again.

When I started my order I hadn't really thought through what I needed. Also access to online presence changed. The customer care people were extremely patient and helpful!!!! .....even though I changed it multiple times!!!!

I received the badge I ordered extremely fast and looks very good.

I will definitely continue with BestPrintBuy.

I have ordered 3 different times from…

I have ordered 3 different times from this company, and each time has been a custom order with custom touches. They have been excellent at getting it done each time exactly how I asked. Will keep ordering from them in the future for sure!

The sales person ordered the wrong…

The sales person ordered the wrong computer. A week later, one of the managers. Ricky cancelled the original purchase and ordered another laptop. He said that I would receive the credit within 5 days. It's now 3 weeks later and the credit never happened. I now have 2 computers on my statement, when I only purchased one. I went into the store 5 days ago and spoke to another manager. This manager still has not gotten back to me. The phone systems are horrendous! You can't reach anyone in the store. You have to physically go to the store. I will not have to go back to the store a 6th time! The customer service is terrible!!!!! Terrible!!!!!
