We contacted Best Price from Australia for our holidays in Vietnam Dec 22- Jan 10. Rosie Nhung was our Sales Contact. Right from the beginning Rosie was prompt to respond to all our queries. We landed at night in Hanoi. Rosie had organized our airport to hotel transfer. Then our customised Sa Pa tour on Dec 24th for 3 nights with a private car and English speaking tour guide to Cat Cat Village & other 3 tribal Village, back to Hanoi. Then Halong Bay on Scarlet Pearl overnight cruise. Rosie also organized our visas, lotus express train tickets to Da Nang, Bana Hills Tours, Mekong Delta Day tour. Every tour and attention to detail was exemplary. Any queries or issues during our Vietnam travels was promptly answered and solved . Rosie messaged us all tour information and guide information and contact details previous night of the tour which made ours days stress free. Great service, great travel company to deal with. Thanks Rosie Nhung making this trip so relaxing as it was my 60th birthday trip with my husband and son. All of us are very happy. We would recommend Rosie Nhung and Best Price Travels highly 😊🙏

Cruise booking with Best Price Travel and Ms. Hang Moon
We booked a Lower Mekong river cruise through Best Price and were assisted by Hang Moon back in 2019 and when I was looking to book a cruise on the Upper Mekong in 2025 I went back to her because she did such a great job on our previous trip. We were able to get a better price than offered by the cruise line, and she made everything easy for us. Even though we were in the US, her responses to our inquiries were always timely, and she is very fluent in English.

Relaxing cruise with magnificent views
We booked a 3 day 2 night cruise on The Scarlett Pearl. The ship was beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. The beds were really nice and the view was stunning. There were activities that you could choose to take part in or not. The food for the set meals was outstanding. The buffet food a little less so, but all perfectly edible. We had a wonderful time on this cruise and I would highly recommend. Rosie Nhung was most helpful via whatsapp to make sure we got to where we needed to be, and on time. Thanks Rosie!

BestPrice Travel is the best
We booked Ha Long bay Hemes tour with Janet Tran BestPrice travel from Australia. The pick up from Ha Noi was smooth, reception on the ship was warm and informative, food was really good.

We Booked the Vietnam Gourmet Tour as they had a great selection of Hotels and Tours. We booked direct from the UK. Everybody was super helpful and adaptable to our needs. On the tours we found all of the guides to be really helpful and adaptable where needed. They seemed to be really interessted in making usre that we had a goood time.

First trip felt like a dream
I had a wonderful friendly trip planner, Anna, BestTravel kept me up to date with any flight, hotel, or weather changes. I was never caught off guard or surprised. Each plane ride always had a taxi driver waiting for me. I made my currency exchange on time and woke up to breakfast and a hearty lunch. It was always reassuring to have a knowledgeable person ready to answer my questions about Vietnam.
I even asked me friend to join me on my vacation and Anna helped us in arranging it.
In the end my 16 days in vietnam went by so fast I can't believe that I am returning home.
If you are making this trip, feel free to describe what you are looking for and they will give you the best advice for what tour to sign up for. Vietnam is a hidden gem.
Also of note, Anna is very responsive if you contact her you will get a response in less than an hour. I flet bad when contacting her on her day off, but she doesn't mind. That's how committed she is to her work and to her clients happiness.

Great company for a day trip or to help plan your entire vacation in Vietnam and Cambodia
Best Price helped us with virtually all the arrangements for our 2.5 week trip through Vietnam and Cambodia. They arranged drivers, hotels, interior flights, and day trips. They even helped us book a 7-day river cruise through another company, and arranged our E-visas for Vietnam. Everything ran smoothly, tours and tour guides were good - we did all private tours and customized where we wanted to go. Only one issue involved a flight time being changed without our knowledge, which caused the inconvenience of an extra long wait in the airport. Best Price didn't know how it happened, however they changed our drivers pick-up time for us and also compensated us with a free street-food tour in Ho Chi Minh City to make up for the inconvenience. All in all, everything was great and it was stress-free for us knowing everything was arranged in advance. All the tours we took were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company
