SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!
Item never sent - Auto Email reply directing to website that doesn't open

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought a blanket a month and a half ago and it has not yet been shipped. When I try to get in touch with support (4 times) to tell them my package has not been shipped at all they just respond by telling me to track my package. It is obvious my emails don't get read properly, and just get ignored. I tried to call but they didn't respond. I wonder if they are even legit or just a SCAM.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After placing my order, all I received were automated emails, with no meaningful response to my enquiries.

When I called the phone number listed on the website, it connected me to a flight reservations service instead of a pet store, which was very concerning.

The website appears to target New Zealand customers, but based on my experience, I have serious concerns about its legitimacy. I have not received the customer service or communication I expected and have been unable to obtain clear information about my order.

WARNING! ...Do not buy from this company! Placed an order , and paid online, Dec 19th ..haven't received the order!! No response from them, tracking number that was fake and now the phone number has been disconnected!!!

4 weeks to get a dog front pack which i thought was coming from New Zealand. I could have got the same item from Temu much cheaper and quicker delivery. Certainly not worth $29 and very inferior quality, label is XL but wouldnt even fit a little dog so wont be buying from this website again, failed to do my due diligence on this company which is obviously not a NZ company.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews. It is hard to get a good pet couch protector in NZ. I ordered on the 9th Aug received on the 20th Aug. Very happy with cover , delivery time. Please try Best pet store. Happy customer

I should have looked at trustpilot before I ordered. But I thought NZ website and all reviews great so will be fine. Only after I ordered I read that the products get sent from their overseas warehouse which made me suspicious already. Today we received our order, sent from China,very poorly wrapped and of a very cheap quality not worth it half of what I paid for it. The photos of the products on their website looked great but
in reality the products are very cheap looking. I can’t be bothered getting in touch with the company as it will be even more disappointing. Lesson learned! It’s so hard nowadays to find out if a company is really trustworthy.

This company is a scam they do not respond or send the item ordered. Do not deal with them their website shows a Post Office box in Australia as their outlet. I am now trying to get my money back with little hope and as a pensioner on fixed income this has had a terrible impact on me,
