SCAMMMMMMM
Fraudsters… fell for a carplay device which i didnt receive at all and den charged £35 to my bank account. I notified my bank and they will hopefully dispute the transaction get my money refunded

It uses websites to sell products that they do not offer. When asking for a refund, they claimed that I had signed up for $2 and had availed of the membership for more than $30. As of this writing, they have claimed to be processing a refund and would need 10 business days for my account to reflect such. While I do not trust them at all, I am writing this while hanging onto the slightest hope that the refund is actually being processed and will be received by the timeframe.

## Update ##
I received an email asking me to provide my personal information to prevent the deletion of my review and for them to "better understand" my experience. I just gave my reference number. I refuse to give you further personal information, scammers. That reference number is all you need to confirm that this actually happened.

Since I have shared my experience and you still asked for further details, your demand shows that my case is not unique. You would have known that it's me since I have bombarded your customer service with emails just to let you understand the case, have my unwanted subscription cancelled and urge you to refund me the money that you have benefitted from the scam.

3 days after their promise, I have not received the promised refund. I will be updating this when they finally sent me the refund or the 10 business days is really a sham.

SCAMMERS - I have had to give one star to write this review, if l cound have given minus stars l would have....

This company sent an email pretending to be from DPD - lm a shamed to say l fell for it, l was expecting a parcel and running late, so just logged on and paid what they said l owed for my parcel to be delivered almost immediately l began receiving emails from bestpaperclip.com saying l had signed up for a gold account and 50 euros would be taken from my account and l couldn't unsubscibe for 24hrs, l contacted my bank who refunded the monies they had stolen, also l have had to have my fone taken back to factory settings as l received several notifications saying my fone had got a virus BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really trying to get this review removed, l will send a copy of my bank statement to Trustpilot if l have to, showing your details and the Fraud Refund my bank made back to my account that you stole.
Also the debit card that you fraudulently used to steal money from me has been blocked, cancelled and replaced, you will not be removing any more cash from my account.

#### Emailed me to change my review as they can not get it removed, stated they will cancel the subscription they fraudulently did if l change my review to a 4/5 star rating saying it was a mistake and no more money would be withdrawn from my account, it was no mistake you deliberately scammed me, sending an email pretending to be dpd the parcel company, what a nerve you have, the grief you have cost me, having to contact the Fraud Dept of my bank, having my bank card cancelled, my phone taken back to factory settings, NO I WILL NOT BE CHANGING MY REVIEW, you are not able to get any more money out of my bank account, so keep your blackmail and threats...

Ho acquistato sul sito di Innogant Albero Magico, ma appena inserito il pagamento con carta di credito sono stata reindirizzata al sito Bestpaperclip.com che ha aperto un abbonamento e dal 16/11 al 19/11 mi ha prelevato €80. Ho dovuto bloccare la carta perché non rispondono né alle mail né alla chat
