I give this to my horse daily and ordered, subscribed for the powder. Two months in a row they have sent capsules instead which is hugely inconvenient. I'm going to try a different company.

I purchased yunnan for bleeding for my sister's pet. So for starters veterinarian should keep this stocked because trying to order this stuff most people's dogs die before they receive it even paying extra for faster shipping. Dont let the fool you i paid $8 extra dollars which said 2 day shipping but was actually 8 days. My sister's dog will die before I even recieve it. Then to return they won't refund shipping cost which they should since it said 2 day and restocking fee oh give me a break $5 dollars to put back on the shelf ridiculous. Very disappointed in this company and how they handled this whole thing and I still dont have the medicine.

I had to write to paypal since my package has not arrived. Very rude response from "Customer Care" stating that no refunds are given if package doesn't arrive!!

I would give Ms Synclaire a negative review if I could. She represents herself a company with "teams" and "departments" and come to find out she works out of her home, most likely, by herself. It took 2 months for her to refund something she agreed to do stating "her refund department is backed up". She violates her own shipping policies and, when called on it, she blamed the post office for losing the shipment the day before she actually purchased the shipping label. This in itself may not be terrible, but when you deal with a dying pet, a 10+ shipping timeframe in unreasonable when her policy states 2-5 days for shipping. She has lied about so many things regarding her company, shipments and the way she conducts her business.

Furthermore, there is no phone number for the business so that you can call and discuss matters in case of a dispute.

BUYER BEWARE. If you love your pets, go elsewhere.

I think it's petty they charge a 5.00 restocking fee for unopened package. Dog passed away before receiving item. Never get my business

Stay far away from this company. I could not get my order even after contacting customer service.

I paid for expedited delivery and I am still waiting for it to arrive. It should have arrived 2 days ago.
