am writing this review to issue a severe warning to anyone considering Best Med Turkey. My experience with this facility was a terrifying medical and psychological nightmare that has left me severely traumatized.I traveled to this facility and paid specifically to undergo an Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG). I have an official receipt from the clinic that clearly states I was charged for an "ESG Gastric Shape," which is a non-surgical, reversible procedure. Instead, while I was under anesthesia, this clinic performed a full, irreversible Surgical Gastric Sleeve (Sleeve Gastrectomy) without my knowledge or my consent. When I woke up, I discovered they had permanently altered my anatomy against my explicit wishes and against what is written on my own receipt. The staff's behavior was utterly unprofessional, cold, and reckless. The clinical environment felt more like a fashion show than a medical facility, with staff members focusing on their long acrylic nails and tiny designer bags rather than patient hygiene, safety, or basic medical care. No one cared about my well-being, my pain levels, or the fact that my legal rights had been completely violated.When my family and I confronted the clinic about performing a major surgery without consent, the management showed absolutely no remorse. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they aggressively accused me of blackmail for demanding answers. The situation escalated to the point where it became a scary, hostile environment where I genuinely feared I would never see my home, my family, or my pets again.We were forced to officially involve and record the entire incident with the British Embassy due to the severity of the malpractice and intimidation. I felt incredibly lucky to have my family by my side to navigate this horror, as I cannot imagine what happens to solo travelers at this clinic.I am currently at a UK hospital today to have NHS doctors evaluate the physical damage Best Med Turkey has done to my body, check my internal staple lines, and ensure I am medically stable after being forced to travel back in this condition. This clinic is highly unprofessional, deceptive, and dangerous. Please protect your life, your health, and your savings, and avoid Best Med Turkey at all costs

My original review was written under a slight duress, as I'm home safe the TRUTH is this place was nightmarish, my mother was subject to butchery by money orientated greedy doctors who lied about offering ESG, She woke up with 5 incisions (careless ugly stitches too) because they decided without informing her to give her a gastric sleeve, they removed 40% of her stomach without her consent and she was Continuously disrespect and treated genuinely inhumanly. Upon waking up she was in agony she didn't at all account for, and now a much more grueling recovery all because these people refused honestly about the services they offered, its insanity, our translator's too had a heavy bias and demeaned her and downplayed her literal shock, it was vile watching them treat her that way after giving her this extreme operation she did NOT CONSENT to, every single consultation was about ESG, which has almost no risk, and it's REVERSIBLE, this IS NOT, you let her wake up from that horror show operation and belittled her, I have almost never seen her so weak, they disrespected her in they're language too and we only know this because her husband could understand them partly, so if you're a foreigner be careful, it's best to save for this in your own country unless you want to be treated like livestock because like I said even the translators who are supposed to be neutral were ganging up on her. I can't believe further as they threatened to sue and call the police even though this was their fault, on our end we've had to go to the embassy for help. To comfort her they said oh well at least you'll be skinny? You people are backwards, that's no excuse in a circumstance where she could have lost her life, and quality of motherhood, she was never after a specific look, just her health. she wouldn't have paid for this too because she knows her body and she doesn't suit major operations, she's unfortunately very prone to things going wrong which is why she wanted ESG. She has a baby son too and now needs upwards of 2 moths of recovery whereas she barely would have needed a week if she got what she thought she signed up for (they made her sign papers under false pretenses, firstly bringing the wrong papers, then the same shit folded over, unfortunately she was exhausted and didn't double check, we were fast tracked through this process and looking back on it there were so many red flags with their behaviour even during the lead up, but why would she have to suspect a DOCTOR would LIE to her, you people are excessively cruel and greedy)Dr.Ali Kemal ÖNALAN Avcılar was incredibly unremorseful, unreasonable and a genuine liar, he looked like an evil freak too, that's no exaggeration, I wish I would have sensed too this situation was fkng weird, I hate you for how you treated her, you dirty fckng greedy people, your should all be punished, even more so for lying, how dystopian and backwards. Now as I'm an honest person, the surgeon I had for my nose was very lovely, I wish my mother had got that respect because she came here for her health, not even cosmetics, screw you all( except my surgeon), you literally need your license suspended!! Horrible fkng people, every nurse was terribly uncompassionate as if it's an overreaction to be in hysterics about being CUT open without consent, even when her surgeon removed her drainage he was incredibly rough and callous literally almost laughing when she asked for him to be gentle, like he was angry at her? let that shit happen to your family and see if you're still so dismissive, this experience was an unforgivable horror show and we've both been in disbelief since this happened. SCREW BESTMED AND Dr.Ali Kemal ÖNALAN Avcılar, YOU ARE A SICK SICK NASTY MAN TO LIE, HOW DARE YOU DESPITE THE RECEIPT AND MONTHS OF TEXT BASED EVIDENCE PRETEND YOU WERENT AWEAR?? Disgrace to the hippocratic oath, please if anyone reads this choose elsewhere or somewhere locally, where you have a better shot of catching out lies if they try to be dishonest. I could have left here without a mother because of these people.

I feel in for a tummy tuck, safe BBL and liposuction 360, the whole experience has been great, I have had a translator with me the whole time. The surgeon has been amazing and all the nursing staff to I would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with this clinic from the very beginning until after my breast implant surgery. The whole team was incredibly kind, professional, caring, and supportive throughout the entire process.

Before the surgery, everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable and reassured. After the operation, the care and attention I received were outstanding. The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful, and always there to answer any questions and make me feel safe and looked after.

I’m so happy with my results and truly grateful for such a positive experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering breast augmentation. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff and dr Ahmed for making this journey so smooth and special!

My experience with best clinic Istambul was good, I was happy with the hospital team and the Doctor, the way they handled my operation was really nice, cause I had a complication and they chose my health and gave me the opportunity to have the best recovery ever.
But the clinic team needs much more improvement with communication, so many times I had to ask people more than once for things and informations, they give different answers all the time, and never the full story.
It can be frustrating, because it takes away the good experience that you have in the hospital.

WARNING – NOT RECOMMENDED!
We traveled on February 5th based on a previously confirmed offer (including photos, email, and WhatsApp communication) to the BHT Klinik – and were extremely disappointed.
These services were booked through Best Med Klinik Istanbul. Unfortunately, this agency/clinic is also completely unreliable:
No one is reachable – neither by email nor via WhatsApp. Our messages are simply ignored.
My husband was operated on in the Floria clinic. The conditions there were completely unacceptable: dirty rooms, very poor hygiene, and terrible care. There wasn’t even drinking water available on the ward. The staff was hardly present, and my husband was practically left alone after the surgery.
In my case, it was even worse: According to the offer, I was supposed to receive trifocal Alcon lenses, which was confirmed in writing and with photos. Once we arrived, they suddenly wanted to use cheaper lenses and demanded more money. I did not agree to that.
Nevertheless, I was operated on the next day – and later in Germany it turned out that instead of the agreed trifocal Alcon lenses, EDOF lenses were implanted – without my knowledge and without my consent!
For me, this is nothing less than deception.
Since then, I have been trying to contact the clinic:
No response, no documents, no eye measurements, no confirmation – NOTHING.
Although I was promised that I would receive all documents within four weeks, more than two months have now passed.
Conclusion:
Unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely not trustworthy.
Anyone who goes here is taking a big risk.
I strongly warn everyone:
Stay away from this clinic and this agency

I have had a very good experience with Best Clinic here in Istanbul. The staff were 100% helpful for all my needs and the surgeon dr Ahmed gave a very honest opinion and advice for my procedure. His no nonsense approach was what many of us ladies need to hear when wanting surgery. I would recommend anyone wanting cosmetic surgery to contact Best Clinic

My face procedure was done in this clinic , and I felt safe and well cared for throughout the process. The surgery team was professional and reassuring. The nurses monitored me closely and answered all my questions. I am grateful for their dedication and high-quality medical care.im so happy after doing my face lift and I got back to my 20th . J’ai un l’occasion d’avoir recours à un remodelage des fesses et d’une lipocussion 360 par le docteur Hamet Kirazoglu.
L’acceuil etait au rendez vous de mon arrivée à l’aéroport jusqu’à l’hôpital et l’hôtel.
Les infirmières ont été omniprésentes et les traducteurs aussi qui ont su me mettre en confiance, m’accompagner tout au long du processus.
Le chirurgien quant à lui connaît son travail, il a su répondre à mes attentes et besoin et est venu plusieurs fois me consulter afin de de d’assurer que tout allait bien.
Un kit de récupération m’a été fournis ainsi que plusieurs gaines.

Best Clinic’s team and doctors were great. They facilitated a plan for my many eye issues, dry eye, glaucoma and cataracts. I no longer need my glasses and my vision is clearer than ever. The Smart Lens Surgery was, in my opinion, top notch. In addition, the many kind services that every member of the team provided were most thoughtful and very professional.
