The item I ordered went missing so I contacted the company. They were very quick to respond and looked in to the order at their end. They sent out a replacement item immediately. Their customer service has been fantastic!

I ordered some cleaning products from Best Ideas, but unfortunately they were not delivered, I got in touch with the company and they promptly sent out replacements, which arrived a couple of days later. The after sales service is superb, staff are very friendly and professional, will definitely buy from them again and recommend to friends and family.

Update- 10/12/23 The sleeve arrived yesterday, but whether I would have had this positive response without my original negative feedback on here, I am not so sure, and will never know. My opinion of not buying from this company still stands. But because I received the item I feel that I need to amend my rate for experience, as eventually I had a positive outcome.
This was orginal feedback - I would never buy from this company again. I was promised a sleeve for a doodle pad was going to be sent out as it didn’t arrive with the doodle pad. Though they have promised to send it they haven’t sent it as yet (trying to get one sent out since the 3rd Dec.)I have messaged them everyday since the 3rd and still it’s not been confirmed that it has been sent out. There messages to me are vague and just delaying. I tried to follow it up again today and they are not answering phone calls and now the messenger link I was using for them is not longer allowing me to send a message. They have opened another messenger link for household and not gifts. In my opinion they are not a professional company. It’s worrying me with regards to the fact I have sent payment details to them.

I had the ProFoam professional cleaner.
Excellent product and was delivered very quickly.
I used this on my oven which I have been putting off for a long time. The oven came up lovely and clean and I didn’t have to use much elbow grease. Overall company and product were brilliant.

Don't belive the videos taken of toys. They look fantastic, however, they are cheap junk. That you are overcharged for. Stay well clear.

5star given for quality of items I received , the speed of delivery and the communication we had with them . Would definitely recommend this British company .

Absolutely fantastic customer service, I had an issue with the delivery of the 3 drawing boards that I had bought.
They contacted the courier and promised if no response would resend which they did. I didn't receive all my order but it was resolved the next day and was delivered within 24 hours.

I ordered two of the drawing boards for my grandchildren for Christmas and only the pink one arrived. I contacted beatideasuk straight away and they were so helpful to get it sorted out for my grandchildren, so they sent out the blue one and it arrived yesterday which was perfect timing as my daughter is moving Friday 3rd November, so she wouldn't have got it if it was after that date, bestideasuk were absolutely amazing sorting it out for me, I honestly can't thank them enough for making 2 children very happy on Christmas morning, I am definitely going to be using them again the customer service is 100/10, what a fantastic company, thank you so much for your help and understanding of the issue you are all stars

My concerns of the gifts purchased got resolved, it was a straight forward issue (a fault that i made, not realising)
