Offered money for vehicle, and arranged collection. Guy turned up to collect and sent a photos to the buyer for further appraisal, which is fair enough. The buyer refused the vehicle no reason given. Complete waste of time, even the driver was perplexed. Avoid

Best car buyer are not like other traders whereby a price is given for the car and when they come to assess the car, price drops by £2000. As long the car pictures sent to best car buyer are honest. and all car document are honest, the price they quote will be honoured.
The independent car assessment company which were used by best car buyer were also good.

They agree a price, declare your warts and then when they come and collect the vehicle claim no knowledge of it and use it as an excuse to bring the offer down. So dishonest and SO slow. Avoid, literally use anyone else.

This is the second time I have used Best Car Buyer and they remain excellent. Lauren responded very quickly to my online enquiry and we chatted through the condition and history of the car on the phone. After sending a few documents over, we agreed a final price and agreed collection. Collection went smoothly and the agreed price was paid into my bank account instantly. The offer was around £1,000 more than dealers offered me as a part exchange and as much as other car buying services ( who didn't collect) offered. Best Car Buyer will be my go-to for selling cars from now on.

Thank you Best Car Buyer! I was expecting the usual - get an offer, view the car, haggle on collection but NO! I was promised a good experience by Charlie who was responsive to emails and called when he said he would. I sent over some pictures after I had received an initial offer and Charlie came back with an offer over asking. I couldn’t believe it - we were delighted and before we knew it our car had been appraised and collected. It all happened in less than 24 hours.
