I am sorry to hear of your issue. I must admit I am slightly taken aback that you have left a 1 star review before we have had any chance to potentially resolve the issue.
I also regret I cannot see that the power supply was purchased from ourselves, so can you please confirm what model of PSU you purchased?

Amazing customer service & fast delivery. Website so easy to use and when I enquired about item out of stock I got a prompt reply and offered an alternate which was even better value. This company really is amazing.

Initially concerned but turned out good.
Ordered Peltor Sporttac ear defenders as seemed to be cheapest online price and got upgraded gel ear cushions. Didn't get a confirmation email initially as it was the weekend and was nervous after seeing the low score on trustpilot and delays by items being out of stick. However, to be fair I had a response from customer services early Monday morning and the peltors turned up today without issue and seem to be working well.
