I am really happy to see how diligently my order was handled and how understanding the customer service agent was when a miss tick occurs and my ending up receiving a different item than what I ordered. It was very easy to join the customer service, Jason was really empathetic, apologized and really reassured me that my item would be delivered as quick as possible and the other item would be collected. And indeed the second next working day at 1st hour in the morning the item was collected and my Cisco phone was delivered. I was really happy and I am still; I have always dreamed about having a Cisco phone, I have been dreaming of that for more than 10 years. But I could not afford a brand new SIP Cisco so when Jason managed to get the Refurbished - as new available for me it was a dream come true. 😁my phone has been set up very quickly by PS Tech, my SIP provider and has been running very well. It makes a world of difference to be able to have a home phone and a landline number for my business. I am just really happy and motivated more than ever to make my business a success.

As described but delivery took much longer than expected. Was impressed by the phonecall to tell me my order was going to be delayed, but the actual order turned up another 7 days beyond what was suggested on the phone. Otherwise would use again
