We have been a successful business since our establishment in March 2015, and over the past 10 years, we have installed millions of pounds’ worth of driveways, always striving to maintain a professional approach. Our 500+ 5* reviews on other review sites shows this.
We will be looking into this matter further. I do wish you had answered the call from our appointments manager, as that would have given you the opportunity to share your concerns about your initial experience. The purpose of that call was to ensure that our representative was polite and professional, and to confirm the details of the appointment you made. Since you didn’t answer, our representative assumed you may have missed the call and returned to follow up. We never visit anyone without confirmation from the appointments manager, and the intention was simply to clarify the situation.
As for the comment about his trouser fly being open, we understand that this may have seemed unprofessional, but it was likely an unfortunate mistake that many people wouldn’t even realise. Your review comes across as an attempt to paint the company in a very negative light, and we genuinely regret that you feel this way.
Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and this matter will be taken further to ensure nobody feels this way in the future
