Ben Vincent Electrical Omdömen

Just four years after occupying our newly built home over 60% of our LED downlights had failed. Unable to elicit any help from the initial suppliers and installers we were left needing to organise replacement. This was a daunting task as all rooms throughout the house were affected leaving the prospect of a considerable degree of ceiling repair from the removal and installation of new and different fittings. Following an initial site visit Ben drew up a schedule for the optimum relocation of the remaining working fittings and the procurement and installation of new units. This work was completed promptly and at a totally fair price - with no damage to ceilings! This first illustration of Ben’s excellence has been typical of all the other works we have subsequently engaged him to undertake. We are very happy to offer a completely unreserved recommendation. Ben did some electrical work for us recently and I really cannot fault anything. The work itself was carried out extremely well, and not only did he make a very good job of the new sockets, striplight, etc. but he also tidied up as if he'd never been there, including refitting the carpet taken up to run the new cable.

Would thoroughly recommend Ben and will certainly be using his services again in future.

Ben is professional, polite and friendly. He arrived promptly, and sorted out our electrical problem quickly, efficiently and neatly. He did and excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone that needs an electrician. Thanks again.

Ben's workmanship is excellent in all ways. He is not only technically competent, but also works in an extremely effective manner.
He works quickly, and tidily, and is at all times courteous..

He will certainly be my first choice in the event of further work being necessary, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I am sure his business will thrive.

Brilliant service, lovely chap! Prompt, came when he said he was, very pleasant and done a great job! Relocated switches, new cooker connection, new plugs and light fitting and spots. The bill was reasonable too, thanks Ben will be asking you back soon!

Friendly, professional and fast. Clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommended.

I got Ben in to change a consumer unit and a lot of work in the kitchen. Cost wise he is very good which is important to a lot of people. Nice polite guy who does a very good tidy job. gives honest opinion and advice without trying to push you into more work.
I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Ben Vincent was punctual efficient polite and a first rate Electrician. I would highly recommend him.

This is the fourth time I have used the services of Ben Vincent and can highly recommend his workmanship. He is a pleasant young man who executes his electrical work with no fuss and he explains exactly what needs doing. He also cleans up any mess after he has finished. Great worker.

Ben came within 24 hours of my contacting him, was prompt, diagnosed the problem accurately, gave me a timetable for doing the work, which he completely stuck to; work done, successfully, on time and price. Hand delivered a test certificate for the work he'd carried out.
I'd recommend Ben Vincent as a very competent and customer focussed electrician. Excellent customer service.

We have been using Ben for over 2 years now, as we renovate our house, starting with an emergency fix, followed by a full re-wire and then further updates as we go along. Ben has been outstanding throughout, he comes when he says he will, cracks on with the job and does it well. He discusses issues and listens properly, rather than just telling us his views. He is also very good at clearing up after himself, which is a habit many other tradesmen could usefully learn!

His after-care service is also excellent - we had issues with some security lights which failed repeatedly and he willingly returned several times and eventually replaced them without making a fuss. He properly stands behind his work.

He is also flexible and helpful - he will happily try and pop in to do small jobs at short notice, if at all possible.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone requiring electrical work - I just wish I could find more like him in other trades!

We have used Ben's services several times and have found him reliable, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He has always done an excellent job and we couldn't recommend him highly enough

Ben has done several different jobs for us and each has been carried out efficiently, promptly and unobtrusively.
It’s so great to have someone reliable and trustworthy to call on and I’ve always had a prompt responses and first class service.

A competent, qualified, tradesman Ben did a fair bit of work for us and was quick, tidy but thorough. He also found me a quality, certificated, solution to problems, without cutting safety corners, which saved me a deal of additional cost.
Thoroughly recommend this pleasant gentleman.

Ben has done a few jobs for us. He is really friendly and honest about what does and doesn’t need doing. He is very reliable and has always done the work we have asked for on time and on budget.

Ben was friendly, punctual and very efficient. He would now be my first port of call with any electrical work that we need.

Highly recommend Ben. We recently moved into a property dating from 1970 that needed all the electrics updating. He rewired the lighting circuits and power sockets. Despite having to cut new channels in to the blockwork he left no mess and we always arrived to a clean and tidy home. I found his quote very competitive and he even installed an extra light and and TV aerial socket at no extra charge. We will be calling him in again to help with the new kitchen installation.

Ben has done several jobs for us now, although he has worked on our house multiple times before we bought it. He is polite, punctual and professional. His rates are good and is always happy to chat through a problem with you. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

he is very helpful and comes when called first class work many thanks for all your hard work at the farm brian
