Same experience as the others. Very low quality, the shirt is awful. It really doesn't look like what they show online. They sell for 30€ what they pay less than 1€ to produce. I wish I checked the company before on this website. I already know for sure I am not getting my money back.

I ordered a cashmere sweater. I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand but they looked so genuine. The sweater took weeks to come and doesn't fit. I have tried and tried to contact them for a return. They say they will not accept a return unless you email first, but they do not reply to emails. If you want to buy something of inferior quality, don't mind keeping it forever and never want to speak to them again, then go ahead with your order.

Sent me black chinos on 5th June. Yodel are trying to deliver them in a town about 45 minutes drive from where I live. I got a call from Yodel trying to verify my address, which was correct. Apparently, the courier was having trouble trying to locate the address. Despite being in possession of the correct address, they continue to try to deliver them in the wrong town, so I am not surprised they cannot find the address. I messaged BensonGuff and they said they'd sort it. Two weeks later, no change. According to the tracking details, the poor courier is still trying to find the address in the wrong town. I messaged BensonGuff again, asking for a refund and I got no answer. I had to approach my bank and raise a dispute for £31.99.

This place is a massive scan avoid or lose your money.. Impossible to return.. Likely will not refund your money.

OK SO HERE ARE THE FACTS;

The reviews on here are telling the truth and I really wish I had seen them first before ordering.

The quality of clothing is terrible. They do not respond to questions which is shameful. I sent one requesting garment information, and received no response at all.

I just received a floral shirt I had bought and it’s obvious to me why they did not want to answer my question about what the material is because they don’t want you to know how bad the clothing is.

THERE IS EVEN NO GARMENT LABEL SO THIS SAYS IT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered four shirts from Benson and Clark that were listed as organic cotton. When I received them, I found that they were polyester nylon and viscose. I’m allergic to polyester so I can’t even get near them. It took a long time to get my order and looking at the customer reviews here. I’m wondering if I’m going to be able to get a refund at all. Wish I checked this site before I ordered. i’ve seen these shirts on other websites for quite a bit more money. I think they may have copied the pictures and substituted a cheap knock off.

I had not received tracking updates, so I emailed the company using an address provided on their website. The email was returned because their provided email address was not valid. I then phoned them using their provided toll free number, the call was answered by an answering machine. I left a detailed message, providing all of the information that they requested. They never responded to the message I left them. The loafers did not arrive when promised. I emailed their customer support, and requested a refund. They again failed to respond. I eventually received the shoes, they are the flimsiest shoes I have ever seen. I will throw them away.
Steer clear of this company. They are a bogus, lousy company based in China.

Ordered shoes which took one month to arrive from ‘overseas’ which were FOUR sizes too small. There is no way to communicate with this group. Clear instructions for returns is nonexistent. I have received NO responses from my many inquiries. Avoid this outfit at all costs.

I didn’t listen,they scammed me,I saw nice shirts but they brought me different style

My item arrived and it was the wrong size. Initially they responded and said they would send the correct size item. I have been emailing them for weeks now and they are totally ignoring my emails. What a scam company!!! Please don’t buy anything from here.

Jacket arrived but is too big.

Their websites states “ If your item doesn’t fit, please email us at XXXXXXXXX and let us know if it’s too large or too small. We’ll send you a replacement at no cost. To promote low emissions and provide a great customer experience, you don’t need to return the original item to us. Feel free to keep it, donate it, or give it to a friend.”

However, the email address doesn’t work and I have contacted customer services several times and no one has got back to me.

Update - it took a while and there was silence for a long time but as promised, they sent me the next size down free of charge and I love the jacket. Upgraded to 4*

I bought leather shoes for £49 on sale. I received plastic painted shoes. I’m so upset. I don’t even know if they have a return policy. This is a proper scam. The website looks so legit though. I used Apple Pay to purchase these shoes. I tried to return the item but there is no return option and they don’t respond to emails once you have received items. I think they have blocked me because my emails aren’t even going through to them anymore.

Terrible took 3 weeks to get delivered then when it turned up it was too small inaccurate sizes then when i tried to return it they don't even respond to my emails about the return and refund.

Terrible service, do not order from this company

Bad. Do not attempt to do business. Thief.

Took money and never delivered goods.

Ordered a jacket. Took month to arrive. Ordered a “2X” and they sent a “4x” but fit like a large. Emailed got one response about another jacket being sent but nothing but crickets now.

Clothing has no quality.

I've been changing 3 days emails with them to give me address to return clothes.
They didn't want to give email.
After 3 days, they gave me
I sent the order back to China, are 3 days trying to deliver the order, but no one gets the order.
Their email ceased to work .

This website is a scam and i will urge everybody not to ever buy from them. They sent me a wrong product and wont provide any means of returning the product or pick your call.

Hi I bought 2 pair chinos and when they arrived the material was rubbish and the sizes where far to small I reckon by about 2 to 3 sizes smaller .
When you ask to send them back they offer you 15% discount to keep them or send them back to wait for it this is the catch ( China ) if I knew they where in China I would never had bought them

I ordered a pair of shoes from Benson & Clark and was extremely disappointed. The shoes I received were completely different from the photos shown on their website – the colour is off, the material feels very cheap, and they look nothing like what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 15% refund to keep the shoes (which I don’t want), or to return the item to a warehouse in China at my own expense. This was never mentioned clearly during checkout.

As a UK-based customer, I find this completely unacceptable. Their return policy is unfair and misleading, and the product quality is not what you would expect for the price.

I’m currently taking steps through my bank to recover my money.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious when ordering from this company. The photos do not match the reality, and returning the item is nearly impossible without losing money.
