Bought an item from Benson and Clark. I emailed them for cancellation since they dont have phone numbers.

The website says I can cancel the order within 3 hours which i did. They keep asking the reason for cancellation even though I have given them the reason. No replies after a week.

Just got my shirt size large ordered I'm pretty sure this wouldn't fit a 10 year old child quality of the shirt absolutely terrible. Keep away from this Chinese company honestly keep away

can't email them. it comes back saying undeliverable. product said linen but there's no linen in material.

100% scam.

Terrible quality. Refunds not forthcoming (still waiting more than a month on).

Attempted to contact customer service by email four times and each time the email was returned undeliverable. Attempted to contact the company through their website but no response. The shirts I received are poorly constructed and material is cheap. The shirts are baggy and the material is scratches.

Doesn’t look anything like the picture. Very cheap quality for the price. It also took over a month to arrive I had given up on receiving the package by the time it arrived.

I have put 1 star only because I cannot put 0, or negative.I bought Alicante men shirts it came nothing looks like on picture and cheap terrible quality.This shirt is not looking at all what I bought.
The color is too dark than in the picture. The size is cut off on the shirt, so it is not known what size. On their website description said is with Ultra soft cotton and linen blend, but it is made 95% POLYESTER 5% SPANDEX. I asked to return. They want me to pay for return(to China)it will cost me same money I paid alredy or they said they can give me 15%off for next item and I can keep this. There are two shipping labels on the package, on top of each other. The one underneath shows it was posted in the UK so saying I must send it back to China is another con.

If I could give zero I would. It is a scam. They misrepresent the items. When it arrived it was terrible quality and didn’t look like the picture. They only offer a refund if you pay an extortionate amount to pay for it to be shipped back to china or 15% off another purchase (I would never buy anything again from them even at a discount). And then stop replying to your emails when you are enquiring about a refund. Terrible. They should be done for fraud. Absolute criminals

Stay farrr away from!! I have to say this is the worst online retailers, if they can call themselves that, that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!! Bought 2 linen shirts from them in a large, but were more like a small and awful scratchy material which honestly felt more like cardboard! I contacted them through their website asking for their return policy. They offered to replace the shirts in a larger size, but I said even the larger size would not be big enough so thank you but I would still prefer to return and could they advise the process. The email bounced back! Who responds to a customer from an email that you cannot reply to?!! Absolute scam! I contacted them again through their website asking the same original question, and….NOTHING!! Stay away from them, the quality of their products are crap as is their lack of any customer service, they are just a complete con that I will be reporting to trading standards in the UK

The wrong size was sent and the returns email address does not work - SCAM website.

As with many other people. Product received is very different from pics on website. Terrible quality and shipped from China which took weeks to arrive and then you have to pay for shipping back to China if you want to return them. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service, answered one email re:sending item back/refund& then no communication. Wouldn’t use again.

They steal a name and pictures from English sites. There is no return possible.

Like other people who have bought from Benson and Clark, my experience (post-purchase) was very disappointing. Delivery time was supposed to be 5-7 days, but was actually almost three weeks. During this time, I tried to contact them via email and received no response.
The product (a short-sleeved shirt) is not great quality. The design matched the picture, but the fabric feels very cheap. There's no way of knowing what it actually is as there are no labels on the garment, the stitching is very poor, and the buttons are awful cheap white plastic and do not match the shirt at all.
Not recommended!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 7/10/25. I received them on 7/23/25. The color is different from what I ordered and the quality of the shoes is absolutely the worst. DO NOT ORDER FROM Benson & Clark! You have been warned!!!!!

I saw this website bensonandclark.com sounded English, that was my first mistake. Second mistake was not to check out this company on Trust pilot as I normally do with any new company I buy from. So ordered a pair of TAN slip on shoes for my husband, then I checked the reviews, thought I might be lucky and at least receive the shoes………………. Three weeks later they arrived, only problem is they are Orange not Tan and not sure they are leather either. Emailed customer support and asked for a return label giving the reason that the colour is orange. We have heard nothing at all, this company is a scam please do not be taken in by the professional looking web site.

No ability to return cheap, poor quality item. The glossy brochures do not reflect the true quality of the items.

It would be forgiveable if they would revert so I can arrange right size at least

i brought a pair of mens boots cost me 50.00 and i will put them in the charity shop maybe to be worn in a circus
