Not very reliable been trying to contact customer services listen to music for 5 minutes and then get cut off this has happened 4 times also sent an email 3 days a go they said they would get back to me within 2 days nothing happy to take your money no problem but anything else do not want to know

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

USE A CREDIT CARD NOT DEBIT so that you can get your money back and the bank will go after them

They are not good and bad customer service. I can not get my order and my refund. This is the worst company ever.

Awful service. Ordered an item for next day delivery. Despite ringing 4 times and emailing being told issue with warehouse. Twice received postage emails and then after two weeks order cancelled saying out of stock. Item still available online

Very nice staff at Ben Sherman Spalding very nice experience particularly liked the help given by Jake and Charlotte very helpful when picking out a shirt to match my suit.

Purchased a few things for my husband’s birthday. The jogging bottoms were too big so i asked to return them with the plan to buy some more in a smaller size. I used the return label provided that i had to pay for. They have received the item back but i still have not received a refund and no response to me email i sent 4 days ago from customer services. The same time i had purchased some items off superdry. One of them i had to also return, sent on the same day as the ben sherman order.The superdry one I didn’t have to pay to return it, they have received it, given me my refund and i have also received my order that i then did for a different size. I will be sticking to superdry from now on.

Ordered a shirt online with a deliver of 3-7 working days. When the shirt didn’t arrive after two weeks, I contacted them by email. The product is out of stock! Beware, they are happy to take your money for an item they do not have!!!

Anfang Januar habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben, musste diese jedoch zurückschicken. Seitdem warte ich vergeblich auf die Rückerstattung – auf meine Mails wird nicht reagiert. Es sieht so aus, als würde ich mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Ich kann nur jeden davor warnen, in diesem Shop zu bestellen. Unglaublich, dass so eine Marke ihre Kunden abzockt.

Ich habe Artikel zur Auswahl bestellt. Direkt bei Ben Sherman. Als ich diese wieder zurück schicken wollte, musste ich sehr viele Mails für ein Retourenlabel schreiben. Das Geld ist bis heute nicht eingetroffen.
Ich werde bei dieser Marke nie wieder bestellen. Und auch generell nichts mehr von dieser Marke kaufen.

Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Jacke bestellt, passte aber nicht. Retourenportal funktioniert nicht. Erst nach zig mal Kontaktaufnahme Würde dann ein Retourenlaber geschickt. Ware dann zurückgeschickt, Geld bisher nicht bekommen. BS sagt, Geld wurde bereits überwiesen, Paypal hat aber nichts bekommen. Beide schieben sich gegenseitig die Schuld zu. Wollte dann einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnen, die sagen aber, in diesem Fall läuft das nicht über sie, ich müsste direkt mit BS Kontakt aufnehmen. Nie wieder BS... Und am liebsten nie wieder PayPal, wobei das wahrscheinlich schwierig wird.

Vous voulez vraiment du ben Sherman! A la rigueur faites votre commande chez Zalando, sarenza ou tous les sites multi marque reconnu . La première fois Ben Sherman Uk , deuxième fois Ben Sherman France , dans les deux cas vous ne recevez rien. A part un numéro de suivie du colis d’un transporteur inconnu. Service client inexistant. 10/15 mails, aucunes réponses, arnaque officiel d’une grande marque, infos Insee louche , inacceptable ! Boycott complet .

Ware in verschiedenen Größen und Qualität bei gleichem Etikett(grösse,Modell)!Null Service nicht mal Antwort auf detaillierte Reklamation!sehr traurig!vorsicht,obeohl .de ist alles aus gb!

I would like to add the everybody else's experience to say to confirm that this is the worst possible online retailer in the UK. They overcharged six times the amount for one order and despite repeated contacts and emails they completely ignored my request for customer assistance. I explained to them that the amount they took will leave me in great difficulty paying my upcoming direct debits but they could not care less. The only option I have now is to ask my bank to do a charge back for me to get my refund! I will never ever buy from Ben Sherman again!

Returns process is a joke. They don’t automatically refund your money until you make contact with them. Once you’ve made contact they keep asking you the same questions over and over again. I’ve supplied them with the tracking number 4 x times and the details of the items returned 3 x times. I’m on my 8th email to them and still waiting for my refund. They email back every other day to ask another question despite all the information being supplied in the very first email. As others have said in other reviews, know your size because you’ll have little success with their support team.

Richtig schwach. Selten erlebt. Das zeigt aber leider erneut, warum man am Ende dann doch bei Amazon, Zalando oder About You kauft. Da klappt es eben. Die Ware kommt aus UK mit DPD. Die angeblich kostenlose Retoure soll man dann mit EVRI versenden. EVRI war mal Hermes UK. Im hiesigen Hermes Paketshop sagt das dem Mitarbeiter gar nichts und auch der Code lässt sich nicht scannen. Der EVRI Support ist genau so miserabel wie es Hermes in Deutschland ist. Von Ben Sherman reagiert auch kein Mensch, seit 1 Woche warte ich auf eine Antwort. Ich versende also jetzt per DHL (inkl. Zollabfertigung!) nach UK. Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass ich per Klarna bezahle und dort melden werde, wie es gelaufen ist. Mein Rat: kauft bitte nicht in diesem Shop. Meine gekaufte Jacke ist gut, aber ein Artikel muss dennoch zurück. Im Zweifel hätte ich die Jackke vielleicht auch irgendwo offline gefunden oder eben eine andere bestellt, wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte.

Ordered 3 items but got only 1! If there will be no response, definitely will take some legal actions!

I really like the Ben sherman mens clothing but I find there pricing and discounts just don't add up,one day I put items in my basket the following day the same discount was advertised but the items in my basket had gone up considerably and not for the first time.

I've ordered luggage. One if the wheels broke off the large luggage. The wheel didn't break, the whole think broke off the suitcase, leaving a hole. I've been waiting since July, 2024 for them to replace the suitcase under their warranty. You can't call and speak to anyone and nothing is being done about my claim. Bottom line - don't purchase their products.
