Purchased a dress for my son’s beach wedding (Gladys) months early. When it was time to try it on to make sure it fit, the dress hem was 1 inch longer in the back on my right side. Not to mention missed stitching on the ruffle by my neck. My tailor had to correct all that at the cost of $75. When I reached out to the company, they completely brushed me off. I truly believe it’s a drop ship from China- not the USA like they advertise. The emails from them come in the middle of the night and they could not care less about making it right. I would strongly discourage others to be careful. Also, look on Amazon and you will find what you are wanting to purchase for cheap! They even have the same pics Bennett and Lowe use on their “exclusive” webpage. Customer service offered me a 6.50 refund. No to this business!

I can’t give less than one, but please do not order from this site. Too late, I paid $69 to this site and received a dozen emails regarding delivery. IT IS A SCAM‼️ I finally received a beat up package dirty and torn and when I opened it, I had no idea what I was looking at.

Package was never delivered due to a bad address. When contacting customer service they do reply but nothing is ever accomplished. They just keep putting you off and asking the same questions and then tell you they will get back you.

The quality of apparel was less than what you would expect from a low end department store. A home economics class could make better close outfits I purchased were worth 15 dollars at best. I would be embarrassed to wear them anywhere.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's engagement lunch and I was very happy with how it looked on me. I wanted something pretty but still comfortable enough to wear for several hours, and this worked perfectly. The material moved nicely and did not feel heavy even though the day was quite warm. My order also came packaged much better than most clothing parcels I receive. I am already considering another style for an upcoming wedding.

Do not buy from this company. They are not in New York but based out of China. The clothing is junk and they will keep offering you discounts to keep the clothes. Or they give you some long address in China to return it to and you pay the shipping. Horrible company.

Don't order from this website, it's a scam. Took forever, over 3 weeks for them to ship and kept sending annoying emails saying it was being worked on. Just provide a ship date. Then when I received it, poor quality and didn't fit so asked for a refund. Kept responding to my requests with offer to keep and discounts on future orders. They aren't refunding this one, why would anyone order again.

Although eventually offered a partial refund, this company’s products are low quality and returns aren’t a realistic option unless you want to pay exorbitant prices to ship the product back to China. The NY address on their website isn’t factual.

The quality and sizing was terrible. As others have said, it was poorly sewn and extremely cheap fabric. Nothing was sized close to my size-typically an XS. Everything was so big. I reached out to the company and they offered me 30% refund to keep the products. When I said I would never be able to wear the items, shipping to China and a sketchy address “3rd floor right of elevator” instructions seem like the items will never be received in order for them to issue the full refund. It says a US Company. It is not. Do not order from them. They are not from New York.

I ordered a Bennett and Lowe dress but the dress I received was not the same dress. The dress I received was not even nice, and actually looked more like it was pieced together with rags. Do not order from this company, it is clearly a scam. Do not give them a penny.

I purchased "suede" boots that were nothing like the advertised pair. I want to return them but after many emails with a bot my option was to pay for shipping and "customs" and no return address was given and the listed phone number is fake. Bennet and Lowe is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

The dress I received was made of cheap synthetic material. The over jacket was too small and didn’t fit . When I tried to return it is where the nightmare began. We exchanged 7 emails back and forth, each time giving me more discount and the option to keep the dress. The final offer was 55% discount and keeping the dress (which didn’t fit)!! I did not receive the return address until the final offer. The address was a 7-line address in China, which I had to pay the return! It was certainly not worth all this effort for $59. I will never order from this company.
