These are my personal views and experiences. Like others, I wish I had read these reviews! and with hindsight, DONT DO IT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The sale goods ( I bought) in my opinion cheap and not nice material, poor quality and they are NON-REFUNDABLE. Saw a blouse that looked very, very similar from Shein ( and to be honest the quality of the goods received would be how I imagine they might be) BUT at the fraction of the price. So sad as I really liked the quirky blouses but oh my the quality of the material is awful, feels in my opinion very cheap ( which they are not ! ) YES, I should have read the small print and YES, I will next time if there will be next time. Perhaps, I’ll just stick to reputable quality companies, I know and love.

Dreadful as the garment bears no resemblance to the one advertised They REFUSE to take the returns despite the 30 day guarantee. They kept saying shirt was linen but it’s artificial textile
I am now told they are in bankruptcy! Is this true as they appear to be still trading!
How to deal with this sort of trading behaviour?

Do not use this company. Awful service wait a long time for purchases. I have been emailing about return the garments and they are not listening. I am being fobbed off. If someone in Trading standards can help pleae do so. This company is set up to take your money

This is a scam! Avoid at all costs!! If I could give no stars I would....long delays in delivery...when it finally arrived the garment was nothing like as advertised! Elegant Linen blouse turned out to be a very cheap Chinese polyester rag!! They won't accept returns or refunds. Absolutely rubbish

Very poor. I wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering. Like others I found sale items were non refundable and they refused to give me a return address for returns in any case.

Reported to my bank and to trading standards through citizens advice. Easy process I would advise others who have had a similar experience to do the same.

2 items took 3 weeks to arrive. No paperwork in packaging. items too small and very cheap, poor quality. asked for a return ....1st email asked if I wanted to keep and pay £13 for the next Size up. 2nd email send pics of what I'd received. 3rd email No refunds for sale items. The return policy on the website does not say no return for sale items.

An update to my earlier review.

These shirts have now arrived and bear no resemblance to the advertising.
Not linen, but printed polyester and spandex.
Button holes poorly made.
Absolute tat.
Do not be sucked in.

Everything people here are saying is 100% true. The clothes I received were printed polyester, not denim or linen. The "customer services" people gaslight you saying "we're so sorry your items didn't meet your expectations". I could go on and on, but I just don't want to stress myself out again. This is the last time I ever want to think about this experience.

True rating would be 0! This is a scam, products take weeks to arrive and are nothing like the products ordered. A lined linen shirt arrived as a polyester cheap copy. They use AI to respond to emails and say sale items are not refundable, everything is at sale price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY 🤬

I bought a dress from website that was sold as made from Bamboo and Hemp, When i received the dress it was awful shiny cheap polyester , when I contacted the company they refused my refund on the basis that fabric can look different in photographs and different light, I cannot belief the lies they are happy to repeat to me without a thought . Sadly this company is closing their doors but this company is a total scam, I am in the process of trying to get my money back but just be careful when buying on line ,this company breaks every law without care. It is horrendous that these companies get away with knowing they are deliberately miss selling goods

Absolutely appalling!! This company is based in china, the product I received was cheap polyester and had to wait 3 weeks for it. STAY AWAY!! At all costs, I certainly wish I had checked trust pilot.

I would felt better not giving a one star - lots of minuses instead. Total rip off ! Once they have your money that’s it. I’ve protested since April and got back the same old pathetic excuse. They use what’s in the small print as an excuse. I paid £30 for some sandles and they are rubbish. They aren’t good enough for the charity shop ! Better ones on Temu !!

Poor service. Goods meant to arrive in 3-5 days but took 3 weeks. The dress received was not the garment ordered and even when photographs were sent of the two different styles B&E said I was sent the correct dress. Would not refund.
Definitely never use again and would not recommend

They are a Fraud company!!! AVOID THEM AT ANY COST! even if they sell items for free - do not buy.

The whole shop thing is a cover for clothes that can bought on the likes of Temu etc.

Only one shirt was vaguely linen- the rest printed polyester.

Save your money - clothes are not £££s, more like p£.

Cheap shoddy item described as linen but cheap nylon material and from China definitely nit from London. Refuse to refund too DO NOT Buy from them they also go under the name Ella & Nora Toronto. Absolutely a scam

They are a Chinese import company. It’s all a front being a family run firm in Kensington.
My order took 14 days with numerous emails from various sources saying track order but then Safari said unsafe site.
The quality of the shoe is poor. I asked for a refund as they were far too big but was told “we can confirm that the product supplied matches the item originally ordered”Regarding your request for a refund and return, please note that as previously advised, the item was purchased under a discounted promotional offer and is classified as final sale in accordance with the terms agreed at checkout. For this reason, we are unable to approve a refund or provide return instructions or a UK return label.
In their website policy returns admits garments are from Asia “Approved returns should be sent to our central warehouse in Asia”

DREADFUL! If I could leave one star I would. This is a con company, not based in London not even the U.K. Its a Chinese con. The shirt I bought was described as an elegant Linen Summer blouse. It was polyester. They trade under several names Ella and Nora being another. On the website it states there is a 30 day money back guarantee on any item ,if not satisfied, but they do not honour that. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. SPAM.

Not even worth one - but wasn’t able to give zero
The product I received was awful - a poor representation of what I ordered.
After numerous emails from varying places refusing to honour their quoted terms and conditions I passed on to my credit card company who swiftly obtained a refund. Lesson learned!!!
