After 7 months of purchase, the case for the iPhone 17 started to peel off. After a discussion with them, they said that this was not covered by the warranty and that it was normal.

This is the most dangerously deceptive lazy company that takes forever to read their emails and wants to charge you for things that are fully their own responsibility. They know flat out when they made a mistake yet they refuse to make good on it.

Company refuses to offer a return authorization despite repeated requests.

I have been using Benks products and accessories for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the quality has been excellent from day one. The materials feel premium, the design is clean, and the accessories provide great protection without compromising style or usability.

After more than six months of use, I had an issue with one accessory. What really impressed me was the response from the quality department. They replied almost immediately and started offering solutions from the very first moment. Their support was fast, professional, and genuinely focused on solving the problem.

It is rare to find a company that combines high-quality products with such excellent after-sales service. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend Benks to anyone looking for reliable and premium accessories.

Excellent case for my Z Fold 7 and excellent support and service from the Benks team. I had a small issue which they responded to quickly and resolved.

Z Fold 7 Benks case review

I’ve had my Z Fold 7 since release and bought a cheaper Aramid Fibre case from Ali express. It was a good case for £40 but since ordering and installing this case from Benks I can see and feel a world of difference.

I’ve been an early adopter of the Z fold since the fold 3 and I have been through around 40 cases and I can comfortably say this is the best case I have ever owned and genuinely makes my phone feel complete and premium. The case fits perfectly and the adhesive works does an excellent job. My Z fold 7 is black and has always been underwhelming to look at but now it really catches the eye showing complete class which isn’t something phones usually do.

The protection seems excellent and gives me the extra grip with the rounded hinge protector feeling great in hand. The screen protector has been the easiest and cleanest install I have ever managed and I hope to never drop it but if I did I would feel confident in the protection. I have no doubt a silicone case with rounded bumpers would do a better job in a drop test but I wanted to retain the slim profile and this does exactly that.

I have the “pop socket” to go on the back which is well made but the magnets on both do not perform as well in strength as my previous case but I don’t think that is a bad thing so when I remove it from the magnetic car mount there is less resistance which actually works in it’s favour.

A great investment and I can’t see myself using any other case

Ich habe das case Benks ArmorPro 600D für mein iPhone 17 Pro gekauft. Es kostet fast 40€ ist das Geld aber nicht annähernd wert. Es sitzt viel zu locker. Lässt an mehreren Stellen Staub und Körner rein. Deswegen ist mein iPhone jetzt nach einem Monat mit dem case an mehreren Stellen zerkratzt obwohl das case die ganze Zeit in Benutzung war. Die Erhöhung um das Kamera Element herum hat sich schnell von der Hülle gelöst. Als ich Bilder von der Hülle eingeschickt haben die eindeutig zeigen, dass das case an mehreren Stellen auseinander geht wurde mir gesagt dass das normal sei und die Funktion nicht eingeschränkt ist dadurch. Obwohl das case nicht gut passt, mein Handy zerkratzt und auseinander fällt wurde mir keine Rückerstattung gewährt obwohl ich einseitig danach gefragt hatte. Das zeigt offen dass die Firma keinen Wert auf Qualität oder Kundenzufriedenheit legt. Seltsamerweise konnte ich dennoch keine Bewertung bei Amazon abgeben wo ich die Hülle gekauft hatte oder bei Google für die Firma insgesamt. Das unterdrücken sie anscheinend sehr effektiv. Insgesamt bin ich extrem unzufrieden und werde nie wieder benks kaufen.

Edit:
Vom Kundenservice hat sich eine Mitarbeiterin bei mir gemeldet und am Ende meine Hülle mit einer hochwertigeren Hülle aus deren Sortiment ersetzt. Die neue ist stabiler und wertiger. Damit bin ich jetzt zufrieden. Anscheinend gibt es doch noch kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter dort.

Absent-minded and neglectful customer support staff. Inquired about an shipping address change minutes after my order. They created the label then responded to my inquiry saying that it was too late. It is Benks fault for not taking responsibility for this. They literally have a contact me section where they teach you how to cancel orders or do address changes. I was not able to do either even though I requested it promptly. Not cool. Will have to file a dispute with my credit card.

Delivery is very slow but that is understandable as it was sent from China. The case fits quite nice and light. Unfortunately, my screen protector has an air bubble on the lower right edge of the screen. No matter how I try to get rid of it, it will appear again the next day. Very annoying and expensive for what it is.

ERNEUT Sterne: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)+ gerne mehr!

​Ich schreibe eigentlich sehr wenige Rezensionen, aber das hier ist nun schon meine zweite Bewertung für BENKS und sie ist absolut verdient. Wer ein Unternehmen sucht, bei dem der Kunde noch wirklich an erster Stelle steht und auch tatsächlich konstruktive Kritik ernst genommen wird, ist hier genau richtig. Zudem es sich in meinem Fall auch ehrlich gesagt einfach um herkömmlichen Verschleiß bei dem Handyring gehandelt hat, wurde dies trotzdem ernst genommen.

​Ich bin inzwischen fast schon überzeugter Stammkunde, nutze die 100 € Schutzhülle und habe soeben meinen zweiten BENKS ArmorPop Handyring bestellt. Warum? Weil hier nicht nur die Qualität stimmt, sondern der Kundenservice schlichtweg UNFASSBAR gut ist!
​Wiederholt überragender Support – Danke, Eason!
​Ich hatte nun schon mehrfach mit dem Kundenservice zu tun und mein fantastischer Eindruck hat sich wieder einmal bestätigt. Ein ganz besonderes, riesiges Lob geht an Eason vom Support. Der Typ ist in Sachen Kompetenz, Schnelligkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft auf einem Niveau, das wahrscheinlich nicht zu übertreffen ist!
​Wie unglaublich kundenorientiert er arbeitet, zeigt folgendes Zitat von ihm, das mich wirklich begeistert hat:
​"Deshalb versuche ich immer, für meine Kunden die bestmögliche Lösung zu finden und auch in Fällen zu helfen, die eigentlich außerhalb unserer regulären Richtlinien liegen." (Wusste ich ich ja und habe ich auch ehrlich gesagt!)
​Allein wegen Eason und diesem Weltklasse-Service werde ich BENKS auch in Zukunft blind vertrauen und die Marke überall weiterempfehlen.
​Konstruktives Feedback aus dem Dauereinsatz
​Als treuer Fan, der die Produkte wirklich fordert, möchte ich BENKS auch dieses Mal ein wertvolles Feedback verfassen. Meinen ersten Handyring hatte ich jetzt 10 Monate täglich im Hardcore-Einsatz. Dabei ist mir ein kleines Detail aufgefallen: Der Lederriemen ist im Inneren an einem dünnen Plastikelement befestigt, das bei mir nach knapp einem Jahr etwas angebrochen ist. Man kann es zwar selbst leicht fixieren (z. B. mit einem Tropfen Sekundenkleber), aber als Upgrade-Idee für das Entwicklungsteam: Wenn man diese innere Platte statt aus Plastik direkt aus Aluminium fertigen würde, wäre das Produkt perfekt. Mein absoluter Traum wäre sogar eine "Ultra-Premium-Version" aus Edelstahl 316L und einem Ring mit echtem Kugellager für 50 bis 60 Euro!
​Dass BENKS solche Rückmeldungen extrem ernst nimmt, hat mir Eason direkt im Dialog bewiesen:
​"Vielen Dank auch für Ihr Verständnis bezüglich des Produkts. Tatsächlich helfen uns solche ehrlichen Rückmeldungen enorm dabei, zukünftige Produkte weiter zu verbessern. Ihre Anmerkung zum gebrochenen Kunststoffteil habe ich ebenfalls notiert und werde sie intern weitergeben."
​Fazit:
Auch nach mehreren Käufen und Support-Kontakten bleibt mein Fazit unverändert: BENKS liefert nicht nur geniale Hardware, sondern beweist, wie perfekter Kundenservice auszusehen hat. Danke an das gesamte Team und vor allem an Eason – ihr seid spitze!

I am using Benks cases for quiet sometime now and they are very high quality cases.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The case is nearly impossible to remove — you'll struggle with it every time, and it scratched my phone in the process. When I tried to return it, the requirements were unreasonable, and to top it off, I had to pay for return shipping myself. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product entirely.

Very good support team! Promptly responded to my query and offered a replacement!

The case itself is a awsomendesign and a great fit. But i ave some issues.
1)Tempered glass screen there isnt any spare. So first one on the corner isnt sticking down, due to my placement and removing replacing. Wish it was in a prooer placement holder like spiegen or tocol do. For the price it would add a star.
2) mag save with my magsafe stang is great but with my wireless charger its weakes out of my three cases and not sure if id trust it on my car magsafe.
3) wish front screen sides had cutout for fingerprint scanner.
Dont get me wrong i have spare tocol screen temoered glass that would fit misus black border. So issue one not bad. No cutout on both cas3 sides just meant pressing harder with a little placement thought. Only the iscbleade case does it perfectly with no thought fingerprint needed. Leaving a feeling of wow everyphone should do fingerprint in power button. You dont quite feel that way wi5h benks armor air.
On a positive not the actual case is exelent its super thin, gripy and fits near perfect. I just cant give it 5 stars cause of those issues but highly recomend it it its thin you need. Defo room for improvment but great try.

The product is defective. The phone moved in the case. They asked for proof and admitted that it was defective. They wanted to give me a 30% coupon. The customer service is bad. Buy PITAKA brand.

Fits well, not easily scratchable. Delivery was slow and tracking was unclear

I bought an ArmorAir case from BENKS and was very disappointed after 1 day of use.

I followed its specific instructions to slide the phone from the volume buttons side into the case. Regardless, the top left corner was very tight, and started peeling after the installation.

So without even using the phone with the case, its poor quality showed. Its thin design and material can’t even handle installation of the phone.

I contacted BENKS customer service, only to be told no exchange or refund. The case was sent in a “good” condition and the peeling occurred after delivery.

If you want a produce that you can trust and a company that is honest and backs its products, BENKs isn’t it. Look for other minimalistic cases if you’re into this style of cases.

sehr schlecht nie wieder. Handy case gekauft nach 4 Monate geht kaputt und die antworten nicht mehr. Die sagen das mann 1 jahr Garantie hat für das Produkt aber.... Ich habe denen geschrieben photo geschickt aber nicht, kein Antwort bekommen.
