This experience was amazing. the communication was immediate! the responsiveness was so fast and professional that I thought it might be too good to be true. But then when I received the finish products, I was so pleased! ( a very short turn around time too). I will definitely keep them in mind to order again!

I ordered the personalized "1st Christmas as a big sister" ornament. I could tell it was very nice, but unfortunately, it arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they promptly responded back to me, asking for pictures of the broken ornament and packaging. After they received these, they again responded promptly and offered a replacement. I received the replacement quicker then the orignal and it was perfect. The picture on the ornament came out perfectly. The ornament itself is wonderful and the so is the customer service. I will definitely return to them for more items and also highly recommend them, for their products and their customer service.
