Bench totally brilliant the only problem I had was with Evri who kept misplacing the item Bench did everything to correct this I highly recommend Bench

Normally I would be happy with the purchase and service but just recently I received a faulty item, requested a return and refund. I took photos of the order and shabby stitching and sent them to bench but never received any updates on the refund or return label. Has put me off buying again

Delighted with the company, design, quality, prices, and service. Looking forward to the new products coming in. I would love to see some more jeans and cargo pants for women as they'd sold out before I could buy some!

Great product, great service

1pmPaid extra for next day delivery. When it didn't arrive I emailed them. 1 star because they replied. No more stars because they claimed it wasn't for next day delivery - and would actually be 3 working days. The standard postage would have been free as it was a big purchase and that would have been 2-4 days. So I feel a bit ripped off, but their customer service really weren't helpful. I won't shop there again.

Edit in light of their reply: they continue to argue, they seem to enjoy it rather than listening to feedback. They did refund the postage, but it doesn't change my star rating - horrible experience. Even by their definition it wouldn't take from Sunday morning to Wednesday.

Edit 2: because they now seem to be saying 'Express' doesn't mean next day. This is pasted from my receipt:
"Express (Next Working Day Order Before 1pm)"

Edit 3: Finally arrived 8 days later. My advice is not to buy anything from them if you want it sooner than 14 days - because this was having paid for 'express' delivery.

Great quality and comfort as always and can't believe how quickly my purchase arrived from ordering.

I like Bench clothing, good quality combined with style

I purchased 2 tracksuits I wear size large but they were quite small
I went online filled out all relevant forms etc to exchange for size XL and returned them
I received an email saying they had received my return 3 weeks later nothing then all of a sudden a refund issued so I paid for delivery and return and ended up with NOTHING

I wear them all the time. Very simple for people with simple tastes like myself. Generally designs don't attract any attention but quality of fabrics is always respectable. I do think that buying the clothes from places like tk max is the best way to go just to get bang for your buck. But to relate to a recent purchase I grabbed a couple sweaters and shirts recently and have been wearing them round the house since they're so comfy.

I regret buying from Bench. I ordered 9 items, but they only delivered 5 — and the worst part is the complete lack of customer support. I sent three emails, and not a single reply. They don’t even provide a customer service number to call, so I was left hanging with missing items and no way to resolve it. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be buying from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who expects reliable service or support. They are a fraudulent and unprofessional company that steals money from customers.

Bought a frost grey hoodie and a baby blue one on sale got both for £35 medium size fits perfect quality is tip top looks well nice on I love bench stuff 😁

I made a return and was told it would be refunded into store credit which I didn't like. I tried to make an order following the processes your customer service staff mailed to me and I was rather charged full amount from my account . I sent messages about this and no one is responding... is the store credit a scam??????

I emailed the company twice as I was disappointed with the products - with the men’s beige hoodie the side pocket was sealed and there was stains on the arms, the female jacket was too big for a small size. If the items were faulty I wanted discuss this with someone in the company to get the matters resolved but no one replied to my email. I’m not a happy customer and won’t be making any purchases again

First time ordering and eveything went well.I am extremely happy with the fit of the hoodie, and the speedy delivery service.

My mother got a bench shirt with glitters in the logo. Looks cute! From a “big brand” like this we didn’t expect it to be bad quality. The shirt was neatly folded in the back of the car, but once we grabbed it to wear it, the car got glitter everywhere. My mum got glitter on her arms and jeans now too. You can expect that to happen from a shirt that costs cheap like 5 bucks but not from one that’s 20-30… really disappointed. Don’t buy from big greedy brands folks.

Good looking summer runner but very very poor insole afterthought. I returned 1 pair to M&M thinking faulty pair and purchased same again and they were same. Heel insert poor afterthought of a blue piece of I'll fitting foam with a sharp offcut going across in front of heel area. Made in China
