Bemine is the best mining service I have ever used. I have been using them for over 6 months now and they are highly knowledgeable, they have made repairs on my miners, I get paid on time and always get my withdrawals. They are a very trustworthy company. I highly recommend using this cloud mining service over all the others. One improvement would be nice to see is when you make a transfer you are able to see the transfer of Bitcoin in the mempool. Hopefully they can add something like that to their website. This is a great company! I know from experience.

My equipment is down and needs to be repaired. The customer service told me that they will get back to me. Till now no one has gotten back and no one is replying me. What is happening?

Wow. Either people are stupid, or I missed something. With a $434 year long cloud mining contract, you get $0.5 a day, 15$ a month, and less then $200 for the year. You'll need BTC's value to more than double to hope making a profit, and that's not counting transaction fees. Damn.

Is Bitcoin mining not profitable anymore, or is Bemine a blatant scam? Unless I missed something, such an obvious scam getting this rating on trustpilot is a problem as well.

Hi all, this is the true story, not one of the paid reviews by the company or self written by them.

It's all about money so we'll make a few calculations.

You buy a cloud contract 12 months, this costs 539USD to be paid in BTC only, so transfer fees to be added.
this is advertised to generate 0.000026 BTC, after you pay and the machine is visible you then realize the calculate amount per day is the half in your page... 0,05$ per day, which makes 1.5USD per month, for a 12 months contract, so basically you make 20USD and loose 520. This is real.

Ok so we buy a 1/100 of the cheaper miner AntT17+, 85 USD again in BTC plus transfer fees, no worries.
This is sold to generate 0.000408 BTC, true...but you bought 1/100 not 100/100, so divide this for 100 and this makes around 0,01$ per day, 0,3$ per month, 3,2USD per year. Ok but the 1/100 of the machine has no expiry...almost. True !! Here comes the fun... if the machine break down you gotta pay for the repair....ok
Once you enter you'll see in your farm all your machines (virtual), power usage, hash rate of the fractions you bought and daily profits in BTC (this is a project). since then you have zero way to see what the virtual miner is doing, what is it mining, which coin, difficulty rate and all those sort of things you had to consider for which....you DIDN'T buy an ASIC your self and neither you shared the cost with 100 of your friends!
The projected revenues Vs the real you only see when you pay for all those are totally different and the breakeven will never ever happen, plus you gotta pay for something might break in the future and you have no way to know if this is real, which machine, who used it for what and how and if this is really broken.
Do not trust the positive reviews this is a mathematical calculation done by a client.
Bemine, do not waste time in write how sorry you are to hear dissatisfaction you know exactly what you are selling is smoke. this is coming from the number you publish yourself on home page Vs our user page.

Their pricing and roi is just absurd.
If you buy their brand new S19 pro (doesn't matter if its 0.1 or 0.5 or 1), it takes you 4 years to get your initial investment back. 4 years! Not including the fee they charge you when you withdraw your btc. Not to mention they will charge you a repair fee if that asics is broken.

In reality if you buy an asics yourself and mine, it takes you only one year to get your initial investment back.

Plus, clients will be paying for the cost to repair if anything is not working for your asics. So basically we pay for maintenance and repair and they don't pay any expense.

Please don't tell me the maintenance or electricity fee. We all know how much it costs in Russia. I am only seeing a company with greed and will never lose any money.

And to reply Bemine's response: it's not the cost that bothers me, it's your return. If i paid 1 btc for your asics, every day i get 0.0007 paid out from your company. So 4 years would be the time that i get my 1 btc back. Honestly i Don't even know if your company will exist or not after 4 years. Not to mention the mining difficulty increase. This Bemine company will never lose money because they can use client's money to do whatever they want.
