Awful product, totally misdescribed, not 3d it is a shoddy piece of canvas, poorly cut & very poor quality. Came folded up in an envelope, can't get the creases out of it, taken to a framing shop & told it can't be put onto a frame. The product is completely unusable & is only fit for the bin ! They will not refund & they will not answer emails.
Chinese rip off !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

Do not use this company as not what they say and when you question them they say it is correct product so no refund. Folded 5 times into a creased up piece of nothing. So disappointing

Do not use this company. Product arrived (4 in total) absolutely NOT as advertised. Site suggests these are ready to hang canvas as shown in all their pictures. These are not Canvas, merely a 3d (ish) print on Canvas paper which is frayed at edges. Prints were folded into a small squares which has left them with permanent creases horizontally and diagonally and were received in a flimsy bag with no other protection. Contacted and send pictures as requested to receive a reply saying "if it's not a quality issue then we cannot accept return"....of course it's a quality issue, they are not worthy of hanging. Wasted Money, Wasted Time. First time purchase and will never purchase from them again. AVOID

DO NO USE, as with other people who have been conned.
These people sent me a 3D poster, which was 2D and folded several times so it could be flat pack posted. They never even had the common sense to roll it and pop it in a tube, When i complained they asked for photographic evidence, which i sent. Their reply was "we didn't see anything less or wrong " with the product you have bought. Not sure what that even means..
Again save yourself the hassle and money and stay clear of these bandits

Ordered a ‘3D picture’, and received a folded piece of fabric which is totally unusable.
Their site states free returns and 100% money back guarantee. Absolute lies! I have had to escalate to PayPal to even get them to accept a return, and now it’s going to cost me £23 to return them for my refund! Do not use!!!!

I can’t tell you if the product is good quality or not because I never actually received my goods the courier had left it at the wrong address and I had no help or sympathy from this company what so ever so basically they’ve taken my money but haven’t supplied the goods, didn’t even offer a refund so no I would absolutely not recommend this awful site

OMG, please do not waste your money on buying any products from this site. I bought a picture, looked great on the website, even had great reviews and photos, which I now know is bs. I came all folded and smaller than what I paid for. I sent an email explaining my disappointment and I would like to return and get a refund. They asked for a photo to be sent, which I did. They came back saying “you didn’t receive anything less or wrong” whatever that means. Anyhow save your money👍

Ordered a picture, what arrived was a flimsy and creased, rubbish, bad looking piece of folded fabric, will not accept return, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely disgusted with the product and packaging very poor item arrived folded in a plastic bag and therefore creased very poor quality

utter rubbish, what they send you is not what I thought I was getting and its a plastic pichure that's they have folded and the folds don't come out

Ordered a picture and was sent right picture but totally wrong size. Charged for bigger size than what came. Made contact and just got they sent right product and will not refund. Their site states total refund within 30 days free return, obviously misleading facts. Avoid at all costs

The item I received (advertised and pictured as a rather nice bohemian 'wooden lamp' on the website) was a cheap and crude plastic imitation that was also broken on receipt. I contacted their customer services and my various complaints were totally ignored. they only replied to say they had 'sent the correct order'. Terrible .. please avoid.
