This is my second order from this company. So happy with my first plant I ordered another and some pots. Had a confirmation and despatch email same day and it arrived the next day. Very well wrapped and protected, arrived in perfect condition. Love the pots as well, really good value.

Ordered two plants. Arrived late. Emailed Bellr on 6/8/24 asking them to chase up delivery or cancel order. Never received a response at all. Plants eventually showed up but with no care instructions. Repotted both but one has already died and had to be thrown away less than 3 weeks after receipt. Unimpressed with product and the customer service is dreadful. It’s a shame as they were recommended by a friend and I wanted to support the business. However, I wouldn't use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either.

Received my beautiful plant today I was very impressed with the way the plant was packaged very secure and arrived in perfect condition will definitely be ordering again in the near future.
