Absolute scam site, wish I had checked here before ordering! You think you are ordering from a UK store when in fact it is China! I ordered a pair of hiking boots - £49.00 reduced from £100. What arrived are a pair of cheap, nasty plastic soled boots. Cheap rubbish! I have been well and truly scammed 😢

I would give it less than one star if possible. Same story as many. Totally different product to what was in the photo, offered small refund but keep product but it was tat so returned to China at crazy cost. Error, should have just cut my losses. Item stuck at customs for over a month.
Tracker States that customs will contact recipient if any more info is needed, they are just probably ignoring them as to not have to refund my money.
Joke, lesson learnt.

This company is based in China and selling you garbage. Items do not look like the photos being advertised!!! Wished I had read the reviews so warning to everyone, buy at your peril. You have to return goods back to China at extortionate costs it's not worth the hassle, Bellora not interested in getting my issue sorted out with customs in China. The site is so fake so be warned.Looks like I have lost all my money, lesson learnt.

Do not buy from this website as it’s a fraud that advertises as a UK website but it’s China based company with very bad quality products. The customer have to pay shipment to send the product back to China in order to get a partial refund even for faulty or not fit for purpose items. The cost of sending it to China is higher than the amount you paid for the product. They will only offer you a 20% refund for you to keep the product. The website is a scam.

I would give this company zero stars if I could! Wish I had been more thorough before making my purchases. I needed orthopaedic trainers, products looked great online but the reality of what arrived which I might add they lost in transit and then they arrived 4 weeks after my initial purchase, was awful. Cheap plastic, not orthopaedic in any shape or form and sizing all wrong. Currently going through a battle with customer service as although I did agree to pay the customs and shipping to return the items at a cost of £15 to myself, they apparently have an ‘issue’ at Chinese customs and won’t release the shoes to Bellora to make the refund to me. Total BS - I did everything correctly with the return. Total scam - lost my money and literally have nothing to show for it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would endorse everything said below. This company is a scam ! The website looks good and is designed to make you think you are buying locally. The goods are shoddy and when you try to get a refund they will do anything to dissuade you from getting one, then - and only then - if you insist, they reveal that you are going to have to pay return postage to China !

This website as per the below reviews is a scam. They clearly remove google reviews as well so you can’t tell.

They have a non existent return policy, drop ship from china a really poor product, ask you to then pay the return fee which is basically half the cost of their “discounted” products, which they then take a long time to refund. The alternative is they pay you back 30% of original cost to hope you avoid the hassle of paying the export duty to return it to China. So they net the cost of the discount sent back to you and the cost of the product; which is totally awful and falling apart. Will be reporting to trading standards.

This company is a scam. Item received was fake and looked nothing like the image on website. They don’t honour their refund policy and are breaking uk consumer law. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS IF I COULD. AND HELP TO SHUT THEM DOWN. THE SITE IS VERY CLEVER NOT TO MENTION WHERE ITEMS HAVE TO BE RETURNED, CHINA! THE SITE IS CAREFULLY DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU THINK IT IS BASED IN LONDON AND THE NETHERLANDS, IT IS NOT. I PAID £70 FOR A SHIRT THAT THEY SAID COULD BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS. IT WAS TOO LARGE SO I CONTACTED THEM TO CONFIRM THE RETURN ADDRESS, IT WOULD COST ME £24 TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A UK RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. I RANG TO CHECK IT BEFORE I RETURNED THE ITEM. THEY RECOMMENDED I DID NOT RETURN IT TO A UK ADDRESS AS THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE I WOULD RECEIVE THE REFUND. ALL THEY WOULD OFFER ME WAS A 20% REFUND. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM. ERIN WAS SICKLY CHARMING IN HER EMAILS, THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER BUT SHE DID NOT FOOL ME, IT IS A SCAM, A SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY, THINK TWICE AND THREE TIMES BEFORE YOU USE THEM, BE WARNED. LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS THE QUALITY IS OFTEN POOR TOO.

Boots were poorly constructed, smelled of pure chemicals and didn't even come in a box. They were shipped from China so took about 12 days to arrive. Once they did and I wanted to return them, I was told to send them back to China at my expense. It cost £26.55 to ship them!!! Never buy from here, it is a con!

Actually no star. Shocking, misleading and website should be taken off the web. Returns to China with no mention of this on website or returns policy. Email after email obfuscating.DO not buy from them.

Do not buy from this company as the other reviewers have stated this company is supplied from China and all returns have to go to China postage paid by the customer or they offer 20% refund on cost of the purchase. The Jacket I ordered cost £99 and was to small. This all started when I tried to return. Really its not worth the hassle of ordering from this supplier, save yourself grief and order elsewhere. Should be investigated by trading standards

Don't buy anything from them. Purchased 'Silk' pyjama that cost £59 but was discounted to £30. It says silk pyjama, so I of course thought it was real silk. Delivery dates also estimated to what I got don't match, as it was travelling from China, not from the UK! Got cheap Ali Express pyjama, not worth £5. Requested refund, but they insisted I keep an item for 30% off. It is still not worth £5, why do I pay £21 for it? I requested a refund. They gave me a return address in CHINA, not in the UK, and I have to pay for postage! Which costs more than my Pyjama? They don't have a return address in uk and they keep writing the same email. I took 30% off in the end, but I am not going to leave it. Even small claims will cost me extra; I will ensure they are fined and have to return the money. They are a scam company.

I managed to complain and then escalated to PayPal, who have refunded my entire amount.

These people are scammers.

Don’t order from here! Poor quality, poor customer service, cheap, weird sizes, can’t return!!! Avoid

Ordered an item from the website. The item shipped was nothing like advertised. The item received was of very poor quality and did not look like the item ordered. Consequently the retailer is in breach and must provide a refund. However, Erin, the customer rep, who sounded very much like an AI, was trying to convince me to accept the, as said, very poor item by offering a discount if I kept it. I refused, and in order to obtain a refund, I needed to ship it to China without reimbursing me for postage. If the item is not as advertised (and of poor quality) the retailer must refund and bear the cost of return. Erin/ Customer support did not further engange. This business verges on fraudulent activity reading the other reviews for this and the bellora.shop reviews. While the business provides a registration address in the Netherlands, I quick search on Companies House (for Bellora Ltd) shows that it is registered in the UK, London. This means that the business and its Director Slimane BAHOUTI is govern by UK law.
Unfortunately, when the retailer refuses to refund the customer, the remaining alley is a small claim in the courts, which is hardly worth it for these low value items sold by this business. I assume Mr Bahouti knows this, and takes his chances.

I ordered 2 items. They took weeks to arrive and only just came in time for Xmas (they were for a gift). One - a man’s jumper - was just about acceptable but nowhere near the quality I expected for the price. The other item a woman’s cardigan was of laughably awful quality- terrible material and didn’t resemble the website photo. I wanted a refund but would have had to pay a fortune (more than the £45 cost of the item) to return it to China! So I accepted a 75% off a new order online. They then claimed that there had been a failed delivery of this item - which there hadn’t been. The email replies to all my questions made it obvious that they are written by a bot not a human. I feel utterly ripped off! The quality of the items are rubbish and the website has misleading photos making the garments look much better than they are. The website makes it look like a UK company or a shop in London. However the clothes are poor quality and made and shipped from China.

Bought a hoodie for £35 for my nephew. It looked quite nice on the website.

I started getting suspicious when it was not sent out until a week after the order was made. This was clearly an indication that it was not being sent from a London address as it implies on the website.

It arrived late for Christmas, and I had an embarrassing conversation with my sister about the quality of the item. She sent me photos and they were NOT close to what was advertised. The "cutouts" on the sleeves were just rough cut with scissors. The material was super thin. It just was not what was ordered.

I asked for a refund. After a round of clearly well-reused (or perhaps AI generated) emails offering me terrible discounts and credit towards another purchase, they finally sent a return address and said I would have to pay return costs (and would only be refunded on arrival of the items) - the address was in Guandong in China.

I'll be trying to get the money back from my CC company.
