I contacted Daniel Bell when recommended by a financial planner. I have needed to go back to Daniel several times during my divorce, looking for advice on mortgage lending and mortgage protection for different scenarios. He is understanding of divorce cases and sympathetic too. I found him extremely helpful, from the moment I sent my first message, and would say he went above and beyond what was needed. I contacted Daniel for a Mortgage Capacity Report during a bitter divorce court battle for my old, vulnerable dad where the other party practically wanted my dad to be made homeless by forcing him to sell the house he’s lived in for 40 years.
