I am extremely disappointed with my recent order and the complete lack of customer service.

I ordered a mascara and an eyeshadow palette, but my package only contained the eyeshadow palette. The mascara was missing from the order. I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the package and even attached clear photos as proof.

It has now been 5 days, and I have not received any response at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable. When customers pay for products, they expect to receive the full order or at least receive prompt support when something goes wrong.

Ignoring customer emails for days shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I simply want a resolution to this issue — either the missing mascara to be sent immediately or a refund.

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and responds as soon as possible. At the moment, this has been a very disappointing experience with extremely poor customer service.

The profucts are young, I like how they offer usuful colors in all their products. In love with the mascara. As long as my eyes are sensitive, the wanderlash is amazinngggggg for it ♥️

My friend adored the wanderlash mascara gift set that I gave her. Highly recommended. Go for it.

The mascara left clumps on my lashes and it made me look like I had black eyes. After I emailed the company Sophia came back with a positive response and asked me to send photos of the wand as it could be from a faulty batch. That was a week ago, I’ve heard nothing since. I keep emailing but getting ignored. Terrible service for a very expensive product that does not live up to the expectations.

This mascara needs reformulating. It’s thick and clumpy and my eyelashes looked a horror show .

The product is clumpy, thick and awful to apply. My eyelashes looked appalling after application. I tried it a few times, as I wanted to give it a fair go, but the result was terrible each time!

I left a review via their standard email that they send out after a purchase and customer services contacted me and explained that they’d had a bad batch of product and they’d like to send me a replacement, but they’d also like photographs of the mascara for their records.

I thought this was a nice gesture from them. I was away for a couple of days when I received the email but responded a few days later once I was home. I explained that I’d purchased the single mascara and the gift set (with the makeup pouch and bracelet) as well, however both the mascaras were the same and I provided the photographs they’d asked for.

I have not heard from them since. I even re-sent the email again in case they hadn’t received it. It’s a lot of money for a product that is not fit for purpose. The lady who reached out originally stated that they’d had issues with some batches that went out, and seemed eager to rectify the issue and confident that I’d be happy with the product once I’d received the replacements.

I really wanted to love this product, the reviews and adverts on social media made it look amazing, sadly that wasn’t my experience!

Firstly, absolutely fantastic customer service, I mean I’m quite a stickler for standards and I was super impressed. A problematic wand was resolved in one message. The packaging is lovely and the product does make your lashes look thicker and longer. My only point for improvement is if it could be waterproof.

I bought this mascara from Spain. I have never received it because it is not warned on the web that you have to pay customs. And no one says anything... get by as you can.
