This jewelry is nothing more than cheap costume jewelry. The fact that they’re charging as much as they are is insane. This company has been reported to the BBB multiple times. I keep asking for a refund and they just keep asking for pictures. Why? Why do you need photos when YOU CAN SEE MY ORDER??? The necklace immediately broke me out in hives which has never happened with any of my REAL gold jewelry. The heart never sits flat. And it’s not even a real Cuban link, the links aren’t full closed and it rips your hair and skin. So close to reporting for fraud if they don’t refund me and pay for shipping back.

The jewelry is absolutely beautiful. It came well packaged with good presentation. I’ve had my necklace on now for over a month without taking it off.. and it has not tarnished. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful and as always shining! I am very happy with my purchase!

I ordered my necklace and it came so quickly. I was so excited as it was an anniversary gift. To my horror I saw it shipped to the wrong address. I reached out to Bellauci and they changed everything promptly. Though it was my mistake they were so very accommodating and even reached out to make sure I knew it was shipped to the right address. They were so quick in their response even over the weekend.

While I panicked I looked up reviews and saw some that were not so kind. This made me nervous so I reached out to their team again. They responded to my concerns with such grace.
I waited and got my necklace. I was so happy, the chain was weighty and sat on my neck perfectly, it doesn’t flip or move. I love it, in any outfit I have it works! I purchase the black shell and rose gold. I am IN LOVE. I have worn it almost every day since. I always get comments on it, though that’s not why I bought it. It’s definitely a statement piece. I highly recommend this company and the Bella heart collection. I wish I would have ordered pink mother of pearl as well!

I've read the reviews, and I do not understand the negative ones. I get compliments on my heart necklace and earrings every time I wear them. The only slight bothersome is the heart can flip easily on the necklace if not placed properly. It's best to have someone help clamp it so it doesn't twist. Other than that, I absolutely love my necklace, earrings, and free bracelet. I plan to get all the colors eventually on both gold and silver! I'm really happy with my purchase. 😊🥰

Jewelry is absolutely stunning . I would recommend it . The heart necklaces look fabulous whether you’re dressed down or dressed to go out for the evening . Jewelry will not tarnish which is a huge plus and so worth the money . Received many compliments on the heart necklaces. Just absolutely love the necklaces . I own two and waiting to order my third .

Wow, I just can't believe how many people are still getting scammed by this product - INCLUDING ME. It is not 14k Gold plated like they claim. This stuff is Halloween jewelry, and you might find the same quality at FOREVER21 for far less. Their customer service would not even respond to the quality complaint. It's almost like they are used to complaints and knew exactly what to say. They did refund me the earrings because the mold was dented and it was a patchy paint job. I saw immediate tarnish on the necklace and they couldn't even plate the links good enough before they were put together. TRASH PRODUCT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I sent them the necklace & chain back to some address in SOCAL and I still have not heard back from them about my full refund.....
