I am very disappointed with the Maria,order 372030 dress I ordered; it looked good in the advert, but in reality, it is a poor-quality garment. I repeatedly requested a refund via email, but I was ignored and received no response.
I definitely do not recommend these products; just one piece of advice: don't waste your money on this.

Item shipped from China and was delayed. Unsuitable for me and tried to return unsuccessfully. Emails being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

is called london but come from china all creased and badly made too tight not sized right. also had a hole in the dress told them and they want me to send it back but going to close me £31 even tho it faulty. Do not buy

Extremely poor quality item . Nothing like the photo . Have emailed several times as I cannot find a returns link . No communication so I am unable to return and get a refund . Zero stars rating

The dress arrived and was not of good quality. It was very small and I was offered only 20 percent refund as return cost would be too high. I was also misled by the name as I believed it was a Uk based company i was ordering from. It also took weeks to arrive

Misleading! Not based in London as per the name suggest. Based in China. Takes weeks to be delivered. Sizes not as per UK and there is no way to return the items. If I had seen these reviews before I purchased then I would not have. Hopefully this will help others.

If I could give a minus score I would! It’s a scam they aren’t based in the UK. The dress I ordered if nothing like what I received, cheap fabric, small in size. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- NOT UK BASED. Items are shipped from China .They do not accept returns ! You can order the same quality dresses from Shien for a fraction of the price and get free returns. Awful company to deal with. DO NOT GET SCAMMED ON INSTAGRAM BY THIS HORRIBLE SELLAR

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The dress I ordered looked lovely and elegant in the picture but when it arrived - it was like a rag, cheap, creased material. I paid £50 for the dress and it will almost cost me that to send it back to China. Listen to all the other reviews as they are spot on. I will give it to the clothes bank.

AVOID…. They are not a UK company and they do not offer free returns. I bought a dress, waited a month for delivery (from china). The dress arrived eventually looking nothing like the photo. Awful quality! Paid £50 for a dress that looks like it should cost £1.99! They refused free returns and I would have to send back to china. Or except there partial refund of 45%

What a load of crap
Ordered a supppsed linen dress - def not linen - all the seams are sewn the wrong way- and now will have to bear the cost of retuning it to bloody China!!!!!!

Please do not buy from this company, absolute fraud. Pretending to be UK based. Took £80 for 2 dresses, waited 2 weeks with dozens of updates about delayed delivery. Just arrived now, only one dress in the bag, nothing like what's advertised and quite frankly would clean my floor with the cheap and nasty material. They trade as Bellamy London uk on social media, especially Instagram. Please do not get scammed. On to my card company now to try and get a refund

Dresses look expensive linen online and are priced like Linen. They are thin 95 % polyester and 5 % spandex. At £44 each that is expensive. Also very slow to deliver therefore likely direct from China. Fit was true to size 20 (xxl) Design was similar to pictured. Will keep them because returning to China hassle. But feel ripped off. Suspect light colours might show knickers.

Wish I had read the reviews on here first. Ordered a dress on “express delivery”… arrived 4 weeks later from China! Looks nothing like the dress advertised…wouldn’t even put it in a jumble sale! Chased the company after 5 days of waiting and told the dress was on its way and too late to cancel the order. Will need to return the dress to china at my own expense it seems! I will be contacting trading standards, complete rip off ! DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!!

Hideous dress arrived nothing like the dress shown online, trying to return it but with little help, I'm sure this shop does not exist and it's all a front for cheap china dresses

I placed an order for a dress seen on Instagram advised next day delivery that was over a month ago. I have multiple response when chasing that the delivery will be with you soon.
This frustration is so not worth a nice looking dress.
Requested a full refund over a week ago but said the package was out for delivery - STILL NOT RECEIVED :((

Do not buy from this company. Order received and was nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I ordered 1 dress and 3 arrived. They were the most cheap , unpleasant dresses! Charged £89 for these that are not even jumble sale worthy. I’ve fought all week to send them back to be told it’s going to cost £39 as they have come from China. I’ll be out of pocket if i proceed to return. This company is mis selling and portraying quality clothing. They are cheap and misleading customers. Bellamy London also agreed that what was received was nothing like what I was expecting .They’ve agreed to refund 40% back and keep the dresses after I informed them that trading standards will be informed of how their operating and treating customers knowing full well the cost to return would be a detriment.
Do not buy from this company!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It’s not clear that the clothes are coming from China. Delivered within 3-5 days. Ordered 2 dresses on 30 July. Received emails saving delay due to number of orders received. 8 August Evri had parcel. Status did not change for a week. Emails to Evri and Bellamy. Requested a refund. Suddenly parcel in the move. Parcel delivered 18 August with only one dress. Requested refund. No response but an auto email telling me the missing dress has today been dispatched from China. Awful customer service
