Whatever you do DO NOT use this app or create an account, you absolutely cannot get hold of anyone to cancel your subscription or get your refund. They are a bunch of scammers!

Unable to cancel my subscription. Customer service always cancels my request and does nothing. Don't try the '7 days trial period', because you can't cancel it.

Unable to cancel subscription. You're directed to a bot and told that customer service will be in touch, and then they don't.

This company is a scam, stay away from it. No way of canceling the subscription. I have been trying for over a week to reach them on chat (the only way to cancel) and no answer, nothing. Absolutely horrible practices. Says a lot about people behind it.

Subscribe as a test with the 7 days refund policy only to find out that the only way to cancel is via direct chat.

Of course, no one is answering, the 7 days are long gone even though I asked for the refund on day one.

I can't even unlink my credit card because they use stripe and there is an active subscription. The only way to not be charge again is to cancel my card with my bank so they'll hit a wall once they try to charge me again.

Just bought a mounthly subscription and I can't even cancel it! It is done through the chat but no one will ever answer you. Even on email! Theese guys a liars, wouldn't recommend!

I bought a lifetime membership for beforesunset ai via custom request. The app functioned for less than a month, then key features of the software stopped working, including the timer (literally the most important thing). I have messaged the support team over 15 times across 1 year, reported them to the FTC (I suggest you do the same), and even asked for an address to write on the lawsuit I'm filing, but nobody has answered. A year after scamming me, they kept the money and delivered nothing. Elif is an evil, wicked con artist who will do nothing to solve your issue, no matter what she sais DO NOT believe a word. This entire AI app is an organized SCAM to take people's money. Do not fall for it, all of the reviews you see on anything but Trustpilot are FAKE! I cannot make this warning any clearer; this is not a legitimate app; do not spend a cent on it. Do your part to take them down and report them to the FTC or the governing body of whatever country you reside in.

The website are full of fake promises, the put the majority of the time on website! While the product is not that ready yet! You cannot see or change the billing settings at all, which feel very sketchy! I requested a refund for the one year subscription after 2 hours of the purchase, and one week later nothing has happened.

I really enjoy its ai features, that would plan my day instead of me. Also the focus mode with the timer and nice inbuilt music. AI can also create an atmosphere for you from your description. It's relatively new, but they are implementing new features soon.
