I’ve been using Beey for transcribing interviews and preparing subtitles for my projects, and overall, it’s a very handy tool. The transcription accuracy is good, though it sometimes requires minor corrections, especially when dealing with multiple speakers or background noise. I really appreciate the time-stamping feature, which makes it much easier to work on subtitles in video editors. The app is intuitive and user-friendly, but there’s still some room for improvement—like better handling of speaker recognition and the option to adjust transcription settings more precisely. Despite these small issues, Beey has saved me a lot of time and effort, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I used this tool to translate czech/slovak to english. Experience using the app is very good I must say, even though I was editing most of it in separate app. Would absolutely recommend for transcribing text. But the translating needed more corrections. All in all good experience and would recommend.

I am using Beey for transcribing research interviews in Czech and I am very satisfied. There is just a little thing I would welcome: an option to set not only one or more speakers but the precise number. In my interviews, I have always had two speakers, but sometimes there are more in the transcription.

I made a video in Slovak and needed to have the subtitles in English. There were just 2 speakers in the video but your app identified 6 or 7 speakers. That´s just nonsense.

The translation was absolutely in poor quality, I would probably need to correct every part of it.

So I do not know how the app works for other languagegs but for Slovak->English translation it is just terrible.
I paid for this, but I did not get any value of it. It is just crap.

I have tried many AI tools that help to transcript audio to text. Without a shadow of doubt, Beey is the best one. I've been working with this tool for over a year and have good experience only. Even if the audio is in bad quality, Beey can handle it.

Another great feature is translationing to several languages which helps e.g. when interviewing a foreigner.

I highly recommend Beey if you need a simple, fast and high-quality online transcript software.

Většina přepisu je správně, i tak občas najdete "překlep". Zatím moc nefunguje rozpoznávání mluvčích. Aplikace mi i tak dost usnadnila tvorbu rozhovorů! Doporučuju všem, kteří si rádi usnadní práci.

Jako problém vnímám, že nedokážete rozeznat češtinu a slovenštinu. Což způsobuje zbytečné problémy se střihem zvuku a vkládání nového audia.

I used the app in Czech language. It was very helpful, I need to put timecodes in the text, which i could do at the same time as checking the text. There were several minor mistakes, sometimes it thought one speaker is several speakers (probably as he was speaking in different manners). Overall good experience.

Beey is really usefull. You save a lot of time, even if not every sentence is perfectly trancripted.
It's easy to work with and easy to understand the surface.

This app is excellent and really useful. BEYY made my job easier. App recorded almost every word correctly and then I just edited the text. I recommend this app. It's great and I love it. The price is little higher, but it's worth it.

Zdravím všechny uživatele, dal bych 4,5 hvězdičky, ale nejde to nastavit. Zřejmě budu používat tento program pro přepis rozhovorů (orální historie). Dříve jsme měli přepisovatelky, ale to je podstatně dražší. Pokud jsem byl zaměstnán v instituci, která platila přepis, bylo to OK. Teď jsem na volné noze a budu počítat s tím, že 90% tento program přepíše bez problémů a hotový přepis budu muset prostě zredigovat. Protože mám projekt na 5 let, hodila by se mi nějaká sleva :-). Každopádně se těším, až se naučím pro power point prezentace přidávat k videu rovněž nejen české titulky. Měl jsem tu čest poznat i vývojáře programu. Držím palce. Jednou to přepíše 100%, ono se navíc vše také zlepší, pokud máte kvalitní nahrávku. Zakoupil jsem lepší mikrofon, tak uvidíme. M. Vaněk
