Such a friendly group to attend and I love the choice of diets you can follow. All staff and clients are inspiring and motivate you.

What can I say I've tried them all but this is by far the most supportive group with the most flexible way to lose weight and a warm welcome from the minute you join. Lynda has so much knowledge on nutrition, exercise and general wellbeing you can't fail to hit those goals. It feels like everyone in the class gets behind you and is great from a social perspective as well as your health and wellbeing. Members share recipes, tips and experiences so that nobody feels like they are the only one on a weight loss journey. So if you are wondering whether to join...do it...you will thank yourself and achieve those goals!

If you want to lose weight then this is the best group to join. You can chose whatever diet suits you whilst still getting the support and advice from Lynda the group leader. The groups are friendly, informative and fun.

A friendly club where all members join in sharing recipes, hints and tips. It is run very professional and the Leader is extremely knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to steer you in the right direction. I would definitely refer this group to my friends, family and anyone wanting to be successful and lose weight.

I have only been a member of Beeweighed for a couple of weeks and in that time I have been made to feel very welcome! Lynda has done nothing more than support me from day 1! And in 1week I lost 4lbs following her diet advice xxx

Lynda is knowledgeable and very supportive, the meetings are friendly and welcoming. I had become disappointed with the more well known weight loss groups so it was great to join Beeweighed.

I have struggled in the past with weight loss groups mainly because of my anxiety, but feel comfortable here, lynda is understanding and kind and easy to talk to.

Beeweighed is the most wonderful group to be part of. We get such fabulous support from our lovely Beeweighed leader Lynda & she really does go above & beyond with her help & advice for every individual group member. From start to finish your made to feel welcome in this group. The support you receive is outstanding as Lynda is available to speak to out of hours on the phone day or night, I’ve never felt so healthy and my mood and energy levels are so much better since being at Beeweighed. I’ve lost more weight here than any other group I’ve ever been to. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone I absolutely love it and always look forward to going. Even if you go on your own there’s always a warm welcome off the other members who are lovely. I’m so glad I joined.

Beeweighed is a totally different weight loss group. You can choose any diet programme that suits you and Lynda will support you to lose those pounds. We have great meetings discussing our journeys and ways to help us eat more healthily. Fab group!

Linda is excellent leader which ever diet you wish to do she is very supportive you can do the diet which works for you and are comfortable with and not pushed into a diet you don't want to do .She will find out any information you need to know you can text her for anything and always gets back it's also a good group of girls and an hour out from busy family
