Damaged goods replaced
A glass arrived with a chip on it...damaged basically.
After sending them an email the next morning, with photographic evidence., they replied saying "very sorry, no problem... we'll send a new one"...
It arrived the next day.

An excellent company
Both the products and service were exceptional. Ease of ordering and dispatched quickly. Only issue was the delivery company did not deliver until 5 days later saying run out of time first day and said could not gain access after the weekend although somebody was home all day.
