I have been purchasing bee propolis capsules from this company for a number of years. My latest order, of two tubes of 365 capsules arrived with the seal broken, lid off and contents loose in the packaging.

Having been purchasing your products
Having been purchasing your products, propolis and pollen, for some years the speed with which I receive is excellent. Knowing your bees are out on the moors rather than in a city centre they are clearly much better. You have also removed the difficult ‘robot’ symbol!!! But phoning to place my order as an ‘elderly’ lady is equally helpful - very polite staff. Thank you
