I received the most beautiful spoon…
I received the most beautiful spoon from Beeches Vintage, crafted more than two centuries ago by my direct ancestors in Cork and delivered promptly to my mailbox here in Canada. Catherine was so helpful with the few questions I had, and the fast shipping and lovely presentation bag helped my husband make my birthday gift both timely and extra special. The most positive experience from start to finish - thank you!

I’m sorry you're disappointed with the service you received.
Your order was placed at 15.28pm on Thursday. The Post Office stops accepting post for dispatch at 4pm, so unfortunately it was not possible to package your order and take it to the Post Office in time for their deadline.
Had the order been placed earlier I would've been able to dispatch it the same day.
For this reason we state that items are dispatched within 1 business day of ordering and not on the same day.
Hopefully this explains why it was dispatched on Friday morning and you received it on Saturday.
Good company
I. Ordered the item on Monday morning and received it the next day.A very efficient company

I cannot speak highly enough about this…
I cannot speak highly enough about this delightful company. I was looked after by a lovely, pleasant lady, Catherine, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Although my purchase was relatively modest, she went the extra mile from start to finish with excellent communications and customer service.
Many thanks
