I’m over the moon with my new bed. Great quality, lots of choice and helpful updates and chat via WhatsApp made buying seamless.

Absolutely love our Bed from Bedsnk, great product and great service from them as well.

Excellent customer service from the start. Did the order online just before Xmas eve, the team called me and informed me they would be closed over the holidays and deliveries would resume from 5th of Jan.
on the 5th I received a phone call to let me know the bed order was in progress and to discuss some changes to the headboard. Then received a text message the following day that the bed would be ready for delivery on the Wednesday.
Delivery was very easy, received a text and call when the driver was 20mins away, he was brilliant and took the bed inside the house for us.
The bed is absolutely beautiful and looks great in my room, the mattress is super comfy too!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. My new bed is absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable — it has completely transformed my space. I couldn’t be happier.

Overall very disappointed with the company as a whole. The beam from the bottom of the bed which holds the slats in place has completely fallen through at 3am in the morning. No reason just completely snapped in half

Company have said the warranty is out and I would have to pay for a new beam which would work out just less than half of the beds cost.
The fabric on the bed is saggy and overall is a very very basic bed.

Amazing bed for a great price! We ordered a beautiful 80 inch boucle headboard and bed, it arrived but there was a small mark. I contacted the company and they immediately arranged for an exchange. New headboard arrived within 2 days and they collected the old one. The bed and headboard are stunning and I couldn't get over how reasonable the prices were given the superb quality. Will definitely order from beds Nk again. Thank you

Ordered bed for my daughter as recommended by my niece , had a gentleman ring me just to confirm the colour and making sure headboard would fit up the stairs, Bed was delivered on time and all parts correct, will definitely be using again to upgrade my own bed👍🏻

Delivery was prompt. We paid for assembly and it was done quickly to a high standard.
The bed is gorgeous. We opted for 90 inch head board and the price was competitive and lower than we could find from other companies. Bed is gorgeous!

I found a bed frame at Amazon but saw online that Bedsnk was cheaper and had better moderation options. I was sceptical at first but saw all these amazing reviews so went for it. I got a WhatsApp message and a call to talk about the type of frame I’d chosen and it turns out I actually wanted the cheaper option (it had more storage). They arranged straight away and sent me photos on the call so I could decide, and processed a refund for the difference. The delivery was arranged within a few days, with an accurate delivery window. I paid for someone to carry the frame upstairs, and when he arrived (on time) I decided to pay for assembly. The lad did it in all in 30 minutes! I’m obsessed with the style of the bed, the quality, and the overall service. I’ve recommended to all my friends. I got the Montreal frame in cream plush with slatted ottoman. Gorgeous.
