Online order process was straight forward and done at my speed without pressure.

In the last year I've bought four Hypnos beds from Southbourne Branch. Steve and Harry could not have been more helpful and a competitive price too. Delivery team assembled beds, disposed of old ones and navigated through the house carefully. Excellent service chaps

Called in to the Dorchester branch looking for a new mattress. The salesmen came out with one suspect statement after another. His first one was the heavier you are, the softer the mattress you need. I was a bit alarmed about this, as I know the opposite to be true. Secondly, I was looking at a Hypnos mattress at around £1300. I asked about the best price, the salesman disappeared around the corner, and came back and said the best he could do it for was £1,200. (I checked the beds are uzzz website when I got home, and the same mattress was listed for £1,175!!!) I then looked at the Tempur mattresses in the showroom. The salesman assured me that the local hospital used Tempur mattresses for the elderly, as his wife was a nurse. I pointed out I was also a former nurse, and he looked a bit startled. As well he might, as no hospital would use a tempur as they cannot be fully sterilised. They use air mattresses for people with pressure point problems. I also said when choosing a mattress that I move around in my sleep, so sleep on my front and my side. The salesman immediately clapped back with 'that's because you're not comfortable due to the wrong mattress' I did point out that I have done this all my life. If you don't move whatsoever in your sleep, you end up with pressure sores! Due to the amount of statements from the salesman that I felt were inaccurate, I went and bought a mattress from another local retailer that same afternoon

EDIT: In your response, you are styling outright lies as 'advice could have been communicated more clearly'??? Unbelievable! That suggests that this is a behaviour by staff that you support as a company

Having been very unfortunate in being supplied with not one but two faulty mattresses, made by Vispring, Beds Are Uzzz, namely Paul Fellingham, the manager, has, on my behalf, arranged for Vispring to provide me with another mattress, an upgraded one, free of charge. This will be made especially to order and, I am sure, will not have any problems this time. Thank you, Paul, for all your help. Regrettably, my back has suffered terribly with the first mattresses but the new one should help me have great sleep once more.

This is about your kind delivery drivers. They were delivering something to my neighbour in Rickmansworth this evening. I asked the two drivers to help me move something as I was struggling alone at home . They were super super kind and helpful! So grateful for their kindness 🙏🙏🙏🙏

What fantastic service! We ordered our VI Spring mattress online from Holland, and it was delivered to us in a sturdy crate. Richard Hodkinson's quick response was especially helpful and accurate. I highly recommend ordering a mattress or complete bed from them!

Easy to order a new mattress on web site, competitive prices together with additional bonuses of an M&S Voucher as I spent over a certain amount as well as a free mattress topper and removal of old mattress!
The company were prompt in arranging delivery to suit me and the delivery team on the day were excellent- polite and friendly!

We ordered our Tempur pro plus mattress & was a little worried paying so much money for a mattress! But it is honestly the most comfortable mattress we have ever had, even after having a water bed previously! This company was the cheapest we could find it & we even got 2 free pillows (which are amazing!!) & a free mattress protector. It said delivery would be 3-5 weeks & turned up just under 3 weeks! The delivery company were great with communication & very professional & polite. You get sent a link to arrange a convenient day & time. Would recommend this company & use again. Thank you.

I’ve just had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. The delivery drivers who brought my mattress were completely unprofessional — they actually laughed in my face when I told them I couldn’t get a memory foam mattress upstairs by myself. They told me it “wasn’t their problem,” despite me being told beforehand that they would dismantle the box and deliver it to the room of my choice.

They refused to help, ignored my request, and showed zero respect or empathy. Their attitude was revolting, and their behaviour completely unacceptable for any company that claims to care about customers.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of others out there who know what professionalism and basic decency look like. I’ll never buy from them again.

Went in to investigate bed toppers/mattress protectors. Was advised to go to Dunhelm. As a partially sighted customer asking to purchase from them this was supremely unhelpful.

Positano mattress is amazing, firm with a soft layer , suitable for side sleeper. Delivery was right to my bedroom, packaging was taken away too . Great service , I will recommend to friends and family .

I'd like to say a big thank you to Richard in High Wycombe. You are highly professional and the most knowledgeable mattress expert I've ever come across. So patient in answering all my questions, and genuinely the nicest salesman I've dealt with. Not trying to sell me the most expensive range, but listened carefully to what I was looking for. Richard, you truly are a gem, and I'm thankful for all your help and patience whilst trying to find my perfect mattress. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Five-star service overall!!

The first mattress I bought from them was uncomfortable for me. Steve made it very easy for me to exchange it under their sleep trial, with no fuss and bother whatsoever

I ordered a Vispring matress, divan base and headboard from Richard in the Loudwater Store a few months ago. He was extremely knowledgeable but listened to my requirements and found the best combination for me. I have had the bed for a while now and I LOVE IT ! Really can't recommend them and their products highly enough. Thanks to the whole team at Beds Are Uzzz :-)

This bedding supplier is easy to deal with and competitive on prices but most of all can deliver under 4 weeks. They are able to do transactions online and chat with them online.

I can't fault Beds are Uzzz. We ordered two Vi Spring mattresses and they were delivered on time, along with bonus items. However, the delivery company that let them and us down, failed to fulfil the terms of the delivery, which included unpacking and removing the packaging (heavy mattresses) and putting them in place. Beds are Uzzz responded to my notifying them of this immediately, roundly reprimanded the delivery company who have now apologised. Beds are Uzz very generously compensated us, beyond expectations. They kept in touch throughout the process of complaint and apology. Brilliant company.

In 2021, we visited the Bournemouth store and had the pleasure to meet Steve. His customer service knew no bounds, he was helpful, knowledgeable and with a lovely sense of humour to boot ! Our requirements have since changed and we needed to make another purchase. Again looking on line, Beds Are Uzz are extremely competitive price wise, so we headed back to the Bournemouth store. We were delighted to see Steve was still there and as helpful and knowledgeable as in our previous experience. If only every store could have a Steve working for them, we would all be very happy customers! Please clone him immediately.... highly recommended !

My elderly parents, were mis-sold a mattress in the Dorchester Store.
Their mattress has a hump in the middle and depressions either side, despite being brand new.
In response to a complaint my parents in their 80s were told it is their fault for not turning the mattress, despite it being only 8 weeks old. A mattress that needed turning this regularly should never have been sold to arthritic elderly people. Poor customer service. We do not recommend this company.
