Good sandals bad service
Good sandals. I want to support american companies but, no customer service. They had the label printed for 2 days and when asked to hold since they wont be here in time for me to hike the narrows in arizona, they just ship it out and claim they cant change it. If they had refunded I could have gotten them at rei. I wishI knew they were there. I truck drive so I know when I ordered them they could have arrived on time. Now I have to pay $8 to hold them at another location because they dont care if their product is stolen and I guess I have to spend another 150 I dont have or miss out on this hike in arizona again. Took me 15 years to afford to get there again. Alas, I will probably be wearing keens and be a keen customer again after this.
