Great Quality
Super simple to set up. with the basic frame. The mattress is very comfortable for our 15 year old son. While it was one that expanded after you take out of the box, it did not have any crazy odor. The basic frame is sturdy. No squeaks.

The mattress I ordered was to firm. BedInABox send me a foam pad to put on my mattress free off charge. My mattress is perfect. I sleep very sound every night and wake up with no aches or pains. I love my mattress!

Great mattress and service
We had great service, the mattress arrived on time, the sheets were cool and comfortable, and the mattress is as good as our previous BedInaBox. We've had very comfortable sleep for the last 3 months.

I LOVE this mattress
I LOVE this mattress. I stayed the weekend at my aunt's house and she had a BedInaBox mattress. The mattress I had was only a few months old, but I was still waking up with some pain. After one night on my aunt's spare mattress I had zero pain and I had to have one. To top things off, I had to contact customer service before the mattress even arrived because FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Their customer service representatives are also wonderful!

No Off Gassing, No VOCs
I ordered a King Azul Oct 13, 2023 from Bed In A Box and it was delivered Oct 18. I opened it thinking it would need to air out for weeks to get rid of VOCs, but to my surprise, there were no odors or VOCs at all! The mattress was ready to be used that night. I ordered a Medium Soft. It was much firmer than I expected, but I have 120 days to decide if it is too soft or too firm to exchange with a different model. I am very happy with it, particularly since I am very sensitive to VOCs and have had a problem with every other mattress, topper, or bed frame we have bought.
