I was scammed into buying two £100 Netflix gift cards. Call began talking about problems with my internet. Not sure how it got round to Netflix gift cards. Feel stupid and now down £200.

The experience was terrible
The experience was terrible. Trying to buy a playstation gift card took forever because their website wasn't working. When I contacted their help email the response was rude and unhelpful. Still waiting for my code as I have to walk their employee step through step of what im doing to prove them wrong

bought a card, they charged me and its been saying verify payment for hours now
They say in the response to check junk and last 20 purchases on the site, it's not there, this is 8 hours after this 'instant purchase' still no response from help email but very quick to respond here.
Kinda shows what this company is about, more reputation not actually taking care of paying customers.

we are surprised by your comment! we confirmed by email on 17.09 that we had reimbursed you via Paypal.
App is not good
When I went to charge it took about 20 minutes to finally was able to charge after purchasing a 50 eu credit. Now, I get a note that the credit will expire but I haven’t been successful using pay when I charge even though I have a card on file. Lucky I don’t need to charge away from home often.

I was supposed to get £20 + £5 worth of airtime on recharge with Libon which should have amounted to 143 minutes but only got 111 minutes which is less than the advertised rate. It was no need buying through becharge if I am going to get less than I will buying through the providers themselves.

What went wrong was that I was scammed via Becharge. Possibly not your fault, but you should know your site is being used by criminals .
