Best products on the market
The product is all it's billed to be. Great product. My wife has Alzheimer's and spends 16 to 18 hours a day in bed. We use to buy her underwear from Walmart but they didn't hold up as well. When we started using because underwear and the super absorbance pads it worked great.

I'm thrilled a company is making an incontinence pad that actually works. However, i'm experiencing something weird because I hurt my tailbone a month or so ago. When the pad gets bunched up on your back region, it makes it very uncomfortable to sit. I'm hoping this will go away once my tailbone is no longer bruised.

Unbelievable absorbancy!!
More than anything, I am in awe at the absorbancy of the product. I don't wear it under my pants during the day because it does feel bulky between the legs, but I love it at night and during the day if I am wearing a dress and know that I might not have a rest room close at hand. We are taking a 3500 mile road trip and I am so glad to have the underwear for that trip, so I don't have to keep finding a rest area or worry about wetting my pants.I need to take a water pill and blood pressure pill, which for the first 4 hours of the day makes my bladder quite active with very little control. I also like the material it is made out of. I used to put an overnight Huggies diaper in my underwear, but the material it is made from always irritated my skin.

It would have been fine but I did not want a subscription set up. Why? Because I wasn't sure how many products I would need, etc. Secondly, I am elderly on a fixed income and I like to be sure I have $ in the bank before automatic deductions are made. This was my first order. So I now learned I will not have a subscription but can't order after June. This is SUCH A STRANGE COMPANY.

I really appreciate the size availability for the very large person that I am. Over-the-counter incontinence panties are not available in the size I require so when I was offered a sample of the because overnight undergarment and they fit perfectly I was ecstatic.
Also, they are reasonably priced for the items that they offer.

I like the fact that I can order them and have them delivered rather than picking them up at the store. Price is right, especially when they are on sale. A lot of pads are not made for leakage which these are. They absorbed well I’m very pleased with them.

The XXL size i use to get was perfect in size and fit
I used them a long time and was really happy with them.
Then you changed packaging and you changed the way you made that size, you messed them up. You made the lower half of the tummy non-streatch & it makes the leg holes larger causing leakage and their too big. So now I have to use another brand I'm not comfortable with. Please change back to your original design.

I've been incontinent for over 20 years - that being said I have tried many different types of pads and underwear. When BECAUSE offered a test kit many years ago I decided to try the kit. I have been hooked ever since and home delivery made it more convenient. Going to the grocery store with a large plastic pack of incontinent under that didn't get the job done was a thing of the past. When BECAUSE offered their BOOSTER pads I was definitely a large fan. Don't hesitate if you're incontinent order BECAUSE you won't be disappointed!!
