Beaver Soil ‘N’ Mulch Limited Omdömen 1 857

Have ordered before from Beaver Soil 'n' Mulch without issue, but this time couldn't have been a worse experience. It took over a month for my order to be delivered (even after chasing several times) and when it arrived the bulk bag wasn't very full and the quality of the bark wasn't up to par (lots of small chunks of white wood, rather than actual bark and devoid of the usual nice pine smell that bark usually offers).

I need more bark already, but won't be ordering from Beaver again with the fiasco we had last time.

Do not use this company.
We ordered £481 worth of compost 2 months ago. None arrived asked for a refund, still waiting, now phone lines and website gone down. Contacting our bank to find out next steps to take.

Very good experience with Beaver Soil N Mulch Ltd. They delivered on time and with the correct order. Nothing more to say other than you get what you pay for and you'll get it when expected, hopefully.

Delivered as per description only issue was the ability to move the bags over the hard but slightly un even drive due to the limitations of the mini fork truck.

This is fraud company, they have closed down the website and have never answered my phone call or emails.
Ordered Top soil in May 2022 and no delivery or refund.

My order was misplaced for a period but after my phone call the response was good and I received my order promptly.

Awful, fraudulent and run off with my money, not received any product and unable to get in contact. Ordered in early April. No one ever answered the phone. Will have to pursue refund via my bank. DO NOT USE.

order was delayed after indicating delivery in 5 days!!! I got it 3 weeks later and had to re-employ a gardener.

Our first order from Beaver took ages to arrive and we were asked if we wanted to wait for the delivery because of the delays. we decided to wait. when it eventually arrived ( a couple of months later than we hoped) we were happy with the product. We needed more bark than we thought so we ordered another load. when this was late I emailed Beaver I told them that I needed it before the Jubilee weekend because I had visitors coming. They promised me that it would be here before then. As it had not arrived we had to purchase it from home base instead so i emailed them for a refund and they have not responded. I have now emailed them twice and I have tried to call them but they have not answered their phones.

I paid up front, beaver lied, refused to deliver, and then refused to communicate. I had to take action through my bank to recover the money. Do not use this company.

Took my money in April and never delivered my product. Didn't answer their phones or emails

Sadly these fraudulent company continue to cheat people with out any one looking into there business.
I paid 2 months ago for compost that was to be delivered in 5 days but after 4 weeks without any communication nothing arrived called millions of times no response than finally on an email I was told it will take 4 weeks and when I asked for a refund they have disappeared.
I have repeatedly sent emails and no response.
Total fraudulent company

Company has taken my money, they have since cancelled my order, but have kept the money, be warned they are a rip off time for the police and trading standards to get involved

Ordered over a month ago and still no delivery. No response to emails or phone calls. Do NOT order anything from this rogue company.

paid for next day delivery, did not show up next day. was on hold for over an hour and no pick up on the phone. the delivery arrived on monday (supposed to be friday).
the product itself was fine, more of a mulch than a compost but a decent mix and very little contamination

Absolutely poor customer services, constantly stating all our operators are busy, so then I used chat box where the lady stated I don’t normally do emails but your down for a delivery Friday / Monday over two weeks ago have rung since sorry I’m not wasting my money calling then last time it was 11 mins, their quick taking your money but can’t be asked to contact or email customers

BEAVER delivered on time, and positioned the large amount of compost exactly in the place I requested. This compost is top quality and was hot when delivered. My tomato plants are thriving and are miles ahead of anyone else.

The delivery took 2 months to arrive instead of 7 days as promised.
Very poor customer care, no one to answer the phone.

Delivery took 6 weeks should have been 4 days. Poor communication about what was happening with delivery. I had to do all the chasing. Promised to deliver several times and it didn't happen. When it did turn up no notification emails in advance. Have used before and had good service. May be a one off...
