Beaverbrooks - Exeter Omdömen 

I popped into the Exeter store and was greeted by Annabel, who then walked us over to some seating, so we could look at some Tissot watches, I found one I liked, which was the 40mm Saestar powermatic 80, there was no hard sell and never felt pressured to buy, we left the store to have lunch and think about my choice, sure enough we went back and met Annabel to make the purchase, we went to many stores in Exeter that had the same watch, but we felt Annabel made the difference and felt confident that if I had any issues, she would be more than happy to deal with it, a credit to the store and the company, professional, approachable and has a great knowledge and passion for watches.
Would recommend highly.

2nd time in six months we have been to Beaverbrooks in Exeter to purchase a watch. Staff really welcoming, informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Prices always seem good but the twice I have visited the Exeter branch, the staff have been so incredibly slow. Will probably put me off using them again if honest.

Home delivery was very prompt. Watch was perfectly packaged and gratefully received. We attended nearest Beaverbrook store for sizing and advice and were very pleased with the service

I noticed a Bulova men's watch in the window which caught my eye and went into the shop for a closer look. I was greeted by a young lady (the manager?) who was welcoming and 'happy to help' and offered us a drink. She then handed me over to a young lad (Ab) who extracted the watch from the window and proceeded to tell me all about the brand and was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout. I agreed to purchase and he took great trouble to judge the size of my wrist so he could remove a number of links and after he had done so the watch fitted perfectly, so his judgement was 'spot on'! He then took great trouble to package the watch for me, removing the protection paper meticulously (shades of Rowan Atkinson as the shop assistant in the film 'Love Actually' sprang to mind!) and they all thanked us for our custom as we left - all in all an outstanding experience - so well done to Ab & co!
