Delayed/late delivery
Always pay £10 delivery for next day and this is the second time recently that it’s been late. This is not what I accept with paying £10 and to run a business.

Exceptional all round.
The customer service is fantastic along with excellent support. Both Jess and Gemma were quick to respond and help with any queries. The Lycon wax training was exceptional. Waxing in Huddersfield with Lycon
Training with Joy Beauty Co in Huddersfield was a great experience. Her knowledge of professional waxing and cheerful attitude made the training go really well. I attended the Intimate Waxing Lycon System training with Joyce in Huddersfield today and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, Joyce made me feel so welcome and completely at ease even though I was nervous as hell at first.
She constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable, happy with what we were doing, and answered any questions we had. We had such a good laugh with the four of us today, which made the learning experience even better!
Joyce is incredibly friendly, professional, and passionate about what she does. The training has really reignited my passion to keep learning and take on more courses. I can’t wait to start using the Lycon products and put everything into practice such a good wax system!
Highly recommend Joyce to anyone thinking about training you won’t regret it!
