This company sucks! I made a purchase in March of 2025 and as of Oct 2025 have not heard anything. Nor are they answering my emails. I hate scammers.

Beautyskinusa dupes potential buyers into believing that they are getting a large assortment of ferns when they are only receiving two twigs. I had to file a claim against them via PayPal to have my money returned. Beautyskinusa fought me tooth and nail, only to lose the PayPal case and return my $49 dollars paid. They have now returned to selling under the name Stamivox. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM!

This company is a scam, I waited for a product for a month from China, and it doesn’t look like the ones in the pictures, deceptive advertising and when I tried to return, they would only give you 30% of your money back and their other option is to pay your own shipping to China which is expensive and when they got the product, they will refund you- who knows when or if you’ll get your money back.

I ordered a mini hair curler, what I got was a piece of junk for $40! I'm trying to return it, but that looks to be very difficult! I do not recommend ordering anything from this website!

I received a twig from some guy named Bruce location from a Deparmtent store address somewhere in Florida.

I agree with the other reviews on these "ferns". If I could give a -0 rating I would. I contacted (6 times so far) them for instructions on how to return and get a refund and my emails are ignored. Once "they" got my money all correspondence is disregarded, unless of course they are trying to do the right thing and taking care of those of us who were not satisfied with this product and they are in the process of returning their money and haven't gotten to me yet....wishful thinking!

If I could I would give negative stars. The supposed lush life like ferns are a plastic stick. Fraudulent advertising. They ended up charging me more than they advertised but if they would have been as advertised I would have overlooked it. Now to fight to get my refund

If there were a NO STAR I would have clicked it! I ordered a Dual glam Mini Dual-purp. In otherwards, a mini curling iron. Not only did it take 4 weeks... it doesn't work! For $34.00, they wanted to give me a 30% refund and keep the product that doesn't work or return it and it'll cost $20.00 to send it back,
What a scam!!! I am dealing now with PayPal to try & get reimbursed. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I wish that I could give this zero stars. What a fraud. Not only did I wait over one month to receive shipment, when it arrived, I got two tiny stems of fern that did not look real. Nothing like the advertisement that I responded to. When I ask for a refund, They said I needed to pay $20 to return this purchase. Shame on them for deceiving the public. What a waste of my time and money.

I purchased the Boston Fern. False advertisement. It looks like poor quality plastic and not bushy at all. I would not advise anyone to purchase this cheap poor quality product. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Currently disputing my case with paypal. They also wanted to only refund 30 % then went to 50% . The product is useless to me! Beware!

A dreadful company. The ferns did not artive for nearly 8 weeks, after they kept telling me my order had been cancelled. Then when they arrived they are so awful. Thin and wispy. All one colour with no variation so look extremely artificial. Not worth the
money at all. I have written to them

What a waste! We ordered 2 ferns and they came in a little bag. Nothing compared to the website videos. The website said the total price was supposed to be $40 and I was charged $55 dollars. The ferns are very small and fake. I will never order anything from this company ever again.

My experience is precisely the same as other reviewers. The received product was not even slightly resembling what the advertisement portrayed. $40.00 for two throwaway pieces of trash.

Can I Give a Zero Review? Could have gotten better fake fern branch at the dollar store. Wish I had researched trustpilot before I purchased these as I will in the future. Waited 6 weeks for THIS? What a joke!

Product arrived 4 weeks, did not work, they said send it back to China, they would check it out, offered 30% refund.

I have not received my purchase and it has been over 2 weeks.
