I didn't receive the item I expected to get . You sent me a substitute and you apologised. It wasn't a change in packaging - it was a different product. However I would have preferred a message to inform me that the product wasn't available.

DODGY SITE - STEER CLEAR!
I was skeptical if this was a genuine site, but turns out it’s bogus! And if they’re not, well then they’re just sloppy! Purchased an item and received no shipping updates after the confirmation. Unable to track. After over a week and still nothing. Reached out to them and still no response, so evidently customer service doesn’t exist either. No point stressing and waiting to played around so have had to go down the chargeback route via bank. STEER CLEAR and don’t waste your time here! It seems I’m not the only one who has experienced this so will be interesting to see what regurgitated excuse they give as it’s easy for them to blame a courier service when really the issue is in-house.

We would like to reassure you that your order was dispatched on 5 August via Royal Mail using the standard delivery service selected at the time of purchase. This is a free delivery service, with an estimated delivery time of 5–6 working days, as stated in our delivery information.
We appreciate that you have been waiting longer than expected and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. We have checked the order, and it appears that the parcel is still in transit. Unfortunately, standard Royal Mail delivery does not provide a tracking service, which is why a tracking number was not available for this shipment.
We have also forwarded screenshots of the system-generated order confirmation and dispatch confirmation, which were sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.
We are sorry to hear that you felt you had no option but to raise a chargeback with your bank. This was certainly not the experience we wanted you to have. If the parcel has still not arrived within the next few days, please contact us again and we will be happy to assist you further.
