Faulty product, no resolution.
Bought a brush from this company. The first time i used it the bristles bent back or came away. I don't even have particularly tangled or thick hair. Got onto their Facebook page. The person i was speaking to, apologised for the faulty product and agreed to send a replacement. After a few weeks of waiting and no brush arriving i contacted them again. More apologies and assurances a replacement would be sent out. On my third time contacting them after a no show of the replacement brush i was given a fake tracking number and to be honest a subpar example of customer service. Was told I would be refunded for the original order and that never happened either. I've never received a replacement brush, just the original faulty product.

5 stars to both Sundrops and Hollywood hair
I am using both sundrops and hollywood drops for that last month . I have gotten lots of comments, on both the glow on skin from the sundrops . Also on how my hair's condition and all over shine from the Hollywood hair. I will definitely be buying both of these products again. I have recommended them to a few friends also

Amazing company
I absolutely love beautybyced their products are amazing and great value for money. The packaging is beautiful and you can tell that attention to detail was really thought of. Delivery is always super quick. I love that it's Irish owned and owned by women. Absolutely brilliant. Beautybyced products are amazing and really do what it says on the tin! Fantastic service, quick delivery. I bought the bundle deal which was the sundrops, Hollywood hair & lash growth serum. The products are so good my hair has never been in such good condition they also smell amazing. Everything right down to the packaging had so much attention to detail in it fantastic all around would highly recommend
