Spa days at their Shoreditch location have been by far my favourite and super relaxing, I just wish COVID-19 were over so I could go again! I did go to their Marble Arch location recently for laser hair removal and the staff were very accommodating and wearing full PPE which made me feel like I was in safe hands. The treatment was quick & professional. Can't recommend them enough.

My rating is solely for the quality of the OPI manicure. I bought an express manicure via groupon and went to redeem it today. Christina did my manicure which lasted for 30 minutes extratly before I even reached home. I have told Christina that she didn’t polish the nails good enough for the manicure to last. Sadly one of my nails was chipped badly. However, must say that Henrietta and the girl at the reception were great. Christina was patient but sadly I will not recommend the express manicure as it would last for even 30 minutes, a complete waste of money

Spa is not that big but it is very clean. Personnel is friendly and the therapist was great! Very nice experience and my hot stone massage by Georgia was amazing. I highly recommend.

Very relaxing experience, nice and clean environment

I booked the Spa/massage treatment for my parents and they absolutely had a great time. They said the attendants were great help and they tended to their needs accordingly. I was initially worried about letting them go on their own as I wasn't sure they'd be able to manage by themselves but the ladies I spoke with over the phone during my bookings kept reassuring me that they were going to help them around and treat them well. I would definitely recommend a Spa/massage treatment at this place.

Really accommodating for our large group! Was super flexible and reduced the length of our treatments to fit everyone in when we arrived late, which was appreciated hugely. Staff were lovely and professional.

I’ve been to spas before and this one was the worse by far. The massage was not good and the facilities are not adequate. The paint in treatment room was peeling off the wall. There was only one shower which was not working. I’m very disappointed and will never go back or recommend this place

Very nice afternoon. We had our massage and use of the spa facility for the afternoons. Very relaxing! It got a bit busy after 4pm but we were leaving soon and it was fine. Good value for money!

So I had to wait 10 minutes to be seen but I didn’t mind too much about that.

The nails were shaped and buffed but no cuticle work despite them having confirmed this in the email.

Good however on the tube home I noticed some polish on the skin meaning the little finger nail could have been peeled off there and then.

I was going on holiday the next day so I couldn’t have gone back to rectify it.

Four days post manicure, whilst on holiday, the nails started to chip DESPITE being promised TWO WEEKS by the manicurist.

I sent photos with an email and I was basically blamed for it and said that I should have contacted them sooner even though I was away and nothing could be done.

They offered a measly 15% discount instead or replacing or refunding. Atrocious customer service, they have failed to respond to my most recent email.

Avoid at all costs!

It was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place, very nice spa and the people working there are really friendly.

I had amazing experience in the spa! We booked with my partner massage and spa day! Defiantly will be back.

I visited the salon this morning for extension service. I couldn't be more grateful for the service I received. A top hairstylist sweet ”Melinda”. For me, as an International professional model and an actress who is involved in the beauty, top hairstyles and make up artist from all around the world, it's not easy to give the top star. But I want to congrats the Beauty Melody Salon for having Melinda and express my gratitude for her excellent work. Thank you, Melinda, for making me feel so happy with this new hair extensions. I had a SPA day booked last week and we had an amazing experience at this place. This is one of the best Spa I have visited in this area. The staff is so professional. I had deep tissue massage an Adriana gave me the best massage ever. It was So relaxing can’t wait to be back. Thanks to the B&M team.

We visited this beautiful place last weekend, and what a great choice. Spotless clean, everything was so luxury and facilities and Versace design pool was fab. Thanks will be back again soon.

Amazing place, friendly and professional staff, from the manager and receptionist to the hairdresser who took extra care of doing my hair extensions which are really good quality. I am very excited with my results!!!
