I honestly wish I had checked reviews before ordering from Beauty Amora. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
It’s been over 20 days and I still haven’t received my order. The tracking hasn’t updated properly and just sits there with no clear information. At this point, it genuinely feels like they don’t even send the products.
Customer service is basically non-existent. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for updates or even a refund, and there has been absolutely no response. Not even an acknowledgment. It’s like your money just disappears and no one cares.
For a company that operates online, this level of service is unacceptable. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is not okay.
Would not recommend at all. Save your money and shop somewhere else unless you’re willing to risk losing both your time and your order.

So I first ordered from Beauty Amora almost 2 weeks ago and got the package 7 days later. I have to admit-In the last 2 days, I searched them on Trustpilot and found these reviews. Disturbing, sure. I loathe experiencing bad service from ordering online for skincare products from past experiences buut I was already waiting for it so when it arrived, I did my duty.
Even services go through bad situations/phases. Don’t mind them. I’M a customer for life! + I appreciate the free medicube pdrn pink peptide serum. It’s exactly what I need with retinal.

Untrustworthy & unaccountable
Placed a huge order for my wife. Order was never delivered. Instead of taking accountability and sorting out the mistake made by the shipping provider they choose to work with, they left me to have to communicate with the shipping provider. The shipping provider they use is awful (PFL logistics, read their google reviews), overall the back and forth communication took over 3 weeks.
As a business you have a duty to your customers to sort out the issues you create for them, not leave them to have to follow up on your mistakes. What even is the point of this business having a customer service team if they don’t try to help?
Despite proof the parcel never arrived, I was denied a refund and had to file a chargeback, which thankfully was approved.
Unsafe Product Received and Poor Customer Service!!!!
I ordered the Laneige Lip Glowy Balm from Beauty Amora, and it arrived in an unacceptable condition. The box was clearly tampered with, the tuck tab was torn off, and there was no hygiene seal on the product. If the box hadnt been tampered with this would be less of an issue as i know laneige are not in the havit of wrapping their products in plastic. But as the box had been clearly damaged by a finger going in and bending the carboard and ripping off the top lod, this makes the product unsafe to use, as it had clearly been opened before it reached me.
Despite providing multiple photos showing the damage, Beauty Amora only offered a 10% discount coupon as an apology and refused to provide a replacement or refund. Their customer service repeatedly requested unnecessary photos of the shipping box that I had already discarded, ignoring the obvious hygiene and safety issue.
This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and concerning for a product that is intended for personal use. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
Annoying and useless coupon codes
The prices are good. There are lots of good coupon code offers that pop up. The website was a bit clunky. I lost my order and had to re-add everything because the site refreshed as I was checking out. It was annoying but I persisted. But I thought it was super dodgy that shipping was around $2, but when I put in a coupon code, the first didn't even work, then the second one did but shipping jumped to $9+ for the same type of shipping.. so I actually didn't save anything. What's the point of offering coupon codes on the site that interfere while shopping if they don't even work or you will increase shipping costs anyway. Didn't end up buying
Never received goods
Never received goods, shipper told me parcel had been lost and sender needs to submit a claim. I forwarded this on to them but nothing was done every time I contacted them all they say is “we are contacting our relevant department” then nothing further
I’m really disappointed with this shop
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order and still haven’t received my parcel. Although a tracking number was provided, the status has been stuck on “pending” for over a week with no updates at all. This lack of progress and communication is frustrating and unacceptable. I expected a much smoother delivery process, and this has definitely affected my trust in the service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - FRAUDULENT SCAM COMPANY!!
There was an item missing from my order, they asked for photos which I provided, then stopped replying. Opened a dispute through PayPal, only then did they reply to that with a tracking number (I received the parcel, there was an ITEM missing, not the parcel). They agreed to a refund via email, then after the PayPal case was closed, kept saying 'there is a chargeback claim from your bank so we cannot process a refund, refer to the dispute results'. The dispute was closed because I was not willing to file a police report (because again, missing item, not missing parcel) and it was closed after they agreed to refund me in an email. They still have not provided any refund and will not provide any transaction ID to prove they attempted to or a chargeback claim ID (which does not exist because I didn't file a chargeback through the bank - I didn't even pay that way!!).
They have not provided a product I paid for and now REFUSE to refund it, which is breaking Australian Consumer Law - and they show no care or concern for the breach OR for fulfilling their legal obligations
NEVER USE THEM!!!

I ordered from this company 2 months ago. I have not received the products I paid for and am currently still fighting for a refund. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Basically they have have taken my money and I have received nothing in return. There is little evidence that they intend to do anything to rectify the situation

Ordered 18/2/26 and order is still processing when it’s suppose to be based in Australia. If you want items fast then order elsewhere. This is the 2nd time. Last yr an order took 8 weeks and items were out of stock. Never again.

Unexpectedly fast
They came fast! I placed the order last week, 3 February. Since this is my first time ordering from them, I made a little research about them after placing the order. I saw large volume of negative feedback which made me think that my order might not come. I was wrong! It came today 9 February, exactly 1 week including weekends and the day that i placed my order. I'd say it's well packed and expiration date is 2 years from now. Great job guys!

Very disappointing experience with Beauty Amora. After placing my order, it wasn’t showing on their website at all, and I was told it had been lost — despite having proof of payment via PayPal. Only after I emailed saying I would seek a refund through PayPal was I told it had been shipped. However, only a shipping label has been created, with no actual tracking or movement since.
The label was created on 29/1/26, seven days after purchase, and the parcel is still showing as sitting in Sydney with no updates from Aramex.
Poor communication and misleading information. I’m still waiting for my order and would not recommend based on this experience.

This is my second time ordering from this company and not impressed either slowness in delivering my items!! It's taken 2 weeks and thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt, again second time round, I'm still waiting my items and they just keep sending genetic emails and not actually dealing with their ongoing issues/customers problems! I won't ever deal with this company again and wouldn't even recommend them to anyone.

i’ve bought from beauty amora before with no issues but my most recent order never arrived, it hadn’t even left their warehouse as stated in their auspost tracking info. i’ve emailed them a dozens times and get the same scripted response with no offer to refund or send the product that was mishandled by them. just told they are investigating it but no progress on it at all.

Worst place to purchase skincare
DO NOT buy from them.
I’ve been extremely disappointed . The parcel was left outside in direct heat, and despite raising concerns about heat-sensitive skincare products, no meaningful action was taken. Communication was poor, and responses were slow and unhelpful. They seem so unprofessional and extremely rude . I clearly left delivery instructions for the parcel to be placed in the shed, yet it was left on the driveway in direct sunlight. When I opened the package, the products were extremely hot, making them unsafe and unusable, especially given they are heat-sensitive skincare products.
I regularly purchase skincare in Australia and have never had this issue with other retailers. If you’re in Australia, I recommend going with Lila Beauty instead.
