Lovely handmade gifts from talented crafters.
I thought I'd share how thrilled I am with my handmade bracelet from Melanie @ Gloryous Artisan Jewellery. She is one of the many talented sellers on Beautifully Handmade UK. I chose my own colour beads from her big selection, and am really happy with all 3. They blend in perfectly together. Her workmanship is 1st class. It is stunning. I absolutely love it! Thank you.

Gorgeous Moonstone Pendant
I have just bought a beautiful Moonstone pendant from The Twisted Kitty via Beautifully Handmade UK (a little birthday present to myself as Moonstone is the stone for June) and I have to say, it is gorgeous when you see it on the website but it is so much more when you have it in your hand. The workmanship is stunning. I absolutely love it. It was delivered quickly too and included lots of information on caring for jewellery (including a lovely little soft cloth) plus detail about Moonstone and its properties. I'm super impressed. Anyone reading this should definitely check it out. You won't be disappointed.

The perfect place, for all things Beautifully Handmade in the UK
This is a fantastic platform of amazing UK crafts people. I have made many purchases with Beautifully Handmade, and I have never been disapointed. It's a one stop shop for all things beautifully handmade. Perfect for gifts, or a treat for yourself. (I'm often buying self care items for myself)
I am also one of the sellers featured on Beautifully Handmade (Charming Gifts).
I started selling on here when it first launched, and I was carefully guided through the process how to effectively use SEO, to get the best out of my shop. Sarah who runs the site has literally held my hand all the way offering advice via easy step by step booklets and one to one video calls.
Better still, Sarah now does all the hard work for me, so I literally leave her to make the magic happen!
I have 100% trust in Sarah and the SEO process, it is tried and tested and she is in regular communication with myself and all her other sellers, so the site is safe, secure and full of friendly crafts people like me, who have a genuine passion for what we do.

Other sites are better
Dreadful. The entire business model is “we’re better than Etsy” yet they fail on every level. (Please show us how you’re better than Etsy rather than just talking about it!)
Not a website for businesses that want to grow. No sales, no customers, no support.
I tried to speak to Sarah (the owner of the website) about these issues and was told things would improve. I was signed up to the site for 6 months at this point...why haven’t things improved? Why does the website crash? Why isn’t there an easy search option? Why does the site take so long to load? Her aim is to make herself money, she doesn’t care about your business.
BeautifullyHandmade tried to get this review taken down for illegal content - there’s nothing illegal about my review of my experience with this site. It’s a disaster and should be avoided,

Thank you for another updated review, there are reasons why I flagged the review as inappropriate of which I will detail below:
The only contact I have had with you was your two enquiries, nearly a year ago where you wanted assistance with your shop. I replied promptly, but you did not respond or engage with Beautifully Handmade at my latter response.
It was a shame you did not take up the free offer of a personal telephone call which enables sellers to understand the Beautifully Handmade processes, which are totally different to how your Etsy Shop works, and myself to understand their business and aspirations. I then tailor my support to the seller’s needs.
Your initial review states that we were a scam, which is totally untrue, sellers who spend time to work through the guides and understand the different SEO model are successful with regular sales.
I always find it disappointing when sellers choose not to follow the guides, quite often it is because they feel they are successful on other platforms. As an experienced Etsy seller, you would understand the need for listing a significant volume of items rather than just a few.
I believe Beautifully Handmade business ethos has an excellent moral standing. Business owners have a right to protect their good reputation especially when unsubstantiated allegations of a scam are made.
Examples of free support offered include.

* Subject specific or process discussion WhatsApp groups
As independent business owners I can only offer to you support if you engage with me, I do I cannot take responsibility, when someone chooses not to engage.

Beautiful Website!
A fabulous collection of carefully curated handmade gorgeousness! The sellers are so helpful, and the service was quick and efficient. A beautiful website too, which seems to be going from strength to strength. I will definitely use Beautifully Handmade again, it will be my go-to online shop from now on.

Terrible website/Platform for sellers.
Terrible website, terrible operation in general, they bash Etsy and Etsy's fees in order to promote their website, they get a seller to moderate for free in the Facebook groups cos she can't be bothered, she'll convince you she's busy all the time, basically, don't waste your time as a seller here.
You can't even contact your customers about their order, it gives you their mobile number and email to do so, poor work that one lady and her daughter are capitalising off of.
Your own website and/or Etsy will make you much more money for your efforts, providing what you're selling is desirable!

My experience with the lovely lady of Timeless Stitches has been an absolute pleasure, from the first day of chatting, to me taking delivery today of my bespoke wedding bouquet and coordinating buttonholes.
I was kept up to date every step of the way with photos and conversation.
